Easy check in and great location! Great location! The apartment is spacious and beautiful. We appreciated the washer and dryer immensely- easy to use!

The location was excellent. It was a large space.The owners of the apartment were very cooperative and helpful, however the details of the property were not accurate. It was listed as a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The second bathroom had no toilet and the shower was so small if you turned around you hit the valve controlling the water temperature. The sink was so tiny that it was impossible to wash your face or brush your teeth without soaking the floor. One of the single beds made terribly loud squeaking noises when you moved.

Our stay at this apartment was wonderful. Location was different for us as we have stayed in the Latin Quarter on prior visits to Paris but this was every bit as pleasurable. No shortages of restaurants all around us, metro stations within an easy 5 minute walk, several markets for groceries and other items close by. Most of all we felt safe without any reservations about walking any time of day. Everything we wanted to see was easily reached. Last but not least, the apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and spacious for the two of us. Big bonus was the washer/dryer and the elevator, even though the apartment was up one floor. Lovely flat with spacious, comfortable living room. Location was very good. Great security, Comfortable beds for all, but the four pillows for four guests need to be replaced. One was oddly lumpy and the rest were flat. The host is lovely and checked in before, during and after our stay. Unfortunately my email wasn’t working, so I couldn’t respond. The unit manager was supposed to greet us and show us how to use the confusing washing machine, but instead left the keys in a mailbox, and messaged us instructions. She did however provide us with two additional pillows. All in all, we loved this property and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is spotlessly clean and well-stocked with what we needed to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot, the lights bright, the hosts easy to communicate with. The location allowed us to walk to the Seine and Louvre in one direction, and to the Basilique du Sacre-Coeur in the other. When we needed to go further, there was very easy access to the metro. Fabulous bread, cheese, fruit and chocolate shops are only steps away. With the windows open, there is quite a lot of street noise, even in the middle of the night. The portable AC units were very welcome, but also require venting through open windows. We were able to manage this to stay comfortable during some very warm July days. Many thanks to our hosts. I would absolutely stay there again!

We stayed here as a family of 5 (17/14/11). The house was a perfect size for us. The windows provide a great breeze, and each room had a portable AC unit which was fine for our needs. The house is nicely located to boulangeries, metro, bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants and more.

This apartment was exactly what we wanted: well-stocked, spacious, living in a neighborhood close to several metro stops, exceptional food down the street, including daily boulangerie trips for croissants and baguettes. The place was comfortable, convenient, and Joelle and Livio were exceptional hosts who were very welcoming. We can’t wait to stay here again!

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here for 8 days in April 2025. Check in and communication with the owners was super easy, the place was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was lovely. There is a bus stop right out front and several metro stops in a few block radius. This is a residential area with loads of good shops, groceries, and restaurants. We will certainly stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us! It had everything we needed! The neighborhood was even better than expected. Close walk to the Metro. The bus station is literally outside the front door. So many restaurants and markets for anything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Every moment of our stay was amazing. From the initial conversation with Livio prior to the visit where I was given tons of information about the location, restaurants and transportation in the area to the quaint Perisian apartment. Our stay was incredible!!!! When I come back to Paris this is definitely where I will be staying.

We really enjoyed the scenery and convenience of this VRBO. Our hosts and the property contact were incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to our arrival, answering questions and helping us to get situated on day one.As for the property, it’s a great option for small families with kids, with plenty of space to move around, and a property that felt really secure. Not only that, we had multiple avenues for exploring Paris, with a bus stop outside the door and several metro stops within very short walking distance. Plenty of options for dining near us including a good Argentinian steak restaurant. Overall a great stay!

The Appartement has a very pleasant charm you would expect from an old building in Paris. Check in is very easy. We had very good contact to the landlord and the manager. The Apartment is located directly at a very busy street in Montmarte. You will hear busses, delivery trucks etc. early in the Morning But you can reach countless restaurants and bars on foot.

Wonderful apartment! We had everything we needed and very comfortable. The location is amazing, close to all transports, selection of dining options, a delicious Boulangerie and supermarkets- all within walking distance. Communication with the owners was prompt and very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment!

This is in a great location for the Metro, shopping (food, wine, patisserie) and not very touristy. Lots of good restaurants and a chocolatier across the street. Street noise is noticeable but there are fans in the bedrooms.

My family of 5 had a great time in Paris, even for just few days. The owner was timely communicating via emails, addressing our questions or concerns. No issue with the unit, except the showers head should be replaced with the one that can be adjusted downward so we can comfortably shower with the showers head being out on top without having the water splashing to the corner next to the sink. Thanks the owners for bringing in the portable AC. They were right on, the temperature was comfortable so we only needed to use the portable AC for one night. The host Emmanuelle was friendly and gave all information we needed when arriving. Checkin process was smooth and informative. There was a little bit of understanding of when we could check out, making us to rush with packing, but at the end it worked out for both sides, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, everything was great, especially it is being so close to an awesome pastry store, food market, good restaurants and shops. We ended up with enjoying authentic French cuisines at restaurants and also our own homemade foods which saved some money. We would definitely consider coming back to this place for future Paris visits.
