Quaint studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood. We could easily walk to lots of local shops and restaurants in West Asheville.

You couldn’t ask for a better spot or a better host. Room is adorable, bed is amazing, sheets are so soft and a great shower! Plenty of Asheville info. Thanks Doug

Everything was wonderful! Clean, convenient and easily accessible.Off road parking was a big plus! Check-in and check-out were easy. Location was perfect for a short walk to almost everything.. like Jargon where we had an amazing dinner! Thank you for a great stay :)

We had a great stay in this room. Had everything we needed, nice and clean, and hosts were easy to communicate with. My only note is that the roads in this neighborhood are very narrow and lots of cars park along the road, making it somewhat difficult to get in and out of our parking spot on the property. That aside, we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights in November 2025. Great location in West Asheville with plethora of great restaurants, bars, cocktail lounges and coffee shops. 10 minutes Uber ride from downtown Asheville. Wonderful studio apartment, extremely clean with amazing attention to details and super comfortable king size bed. Owners live on site, but soundproofing was really exceptional. We highly recommend this place

Prefect couples nook. Beautifully appointed quiet neighborhood. Prefect in every way. Microwave coffee maker. Refrig. The best part a VERY comfortable King bed with very comfy linens. Easy walk to Haywood with good food and shops

Super space with a super comfy bed and everything else we needed, nicest owners who were easy to communicate with (and have and adorable pup) and best location that is seriously a short walk to anywhere yet still quiet and private. We will be back!

New, clean, well finished and quiet.

Perfect set up for us. Within walking distance to family we were visiting. Did not need more than a place to sleep and make coffee and store some cold drinks. Safe quiet, clean and comfy. We will be back.

First impression of our room was fantastic. It was clean, modern, and everything we needed.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was perfect. 3 minute walk down the street and your in the main arts district which had tons of coffee/breakfast/lunch/bar stops. My fiancé and I loved every bit of our stay. We loved how we had such peace and quiet at the property but then be only 8-10 minutes from the main streets of dt Ashville. The hosts were wonderful, very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgable of the area and also respected our space. The only reason I gave the location 4 stars instead of 5 was due to how narrow the streets were. If you have a truck it’s going to be a very tight squeeze due to other neighbors having to park on the street right where you have to pull in and pull out of the driveway. We will definitely be considering here for our next stay

Exceptionally clean and cute little place. Host is very nice as well! I was in town for a wedding so I didn’t have a chance to really explore but it looked like a great area to stay in if you are coming to hang out in Asheville for a weekend.
