One minute from Plaza Castillo

As a cyclist who loves to climb, we rate climbs starting at 4 to 1 with increasing intensity and then there is HC— hors catégorie or beyond category. For extra special climbs of which there are only a few around the world, there exists a special designation of SHC. This is where I would place the stay for us. It’s the equivalent of 10 stars on a scale of 5. Steph was unbelievable. From walking us through the check in to insights about Pamplona including dining and shopping, to helping us with the most incredible wine experience in Rioja, I felt like she was with us the whole way. We have stayed at many VRBO accommodations around the world but never, and I mean never, had such a personalized and friendly experience. For our friends, it was their first time in Europe and met with us after their cruise ended in Barcelona. They were blown away by the city and the hospitality. So were we, and we live just over the border in France. Thank you and gracias to Steph for everything! Ask her about options for personalized bike and hike trips throughout Northern Spain. I can only imagine how incredible that they must be!

The apartment was clean, bright and really pleasant to live in. The beds were comfortable. It was a really nice place to be in for 5 days. The location was perfect and convenient for days spent in the city or to drive out of the city. Parking was 3 mns walking distance. Definitely a place I will go to again.

We came for the San Fermin festival and it was definitely a memory we’ll remember for decades to come. Apartment is on top floor with no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage or handicapped it’ll be a work out/difficult. The apartment itself is really cute. The air conditioning works well. Views from bedroom windows are of a busy street during the festival so lots to see and hear. We saw from our windows many bands playing as they marched around the old town. Location is prime. Close to everything. If you came here for the running of the bulls I’d advise you to go at 5:30am to find your spot because if not you won’t see a thing!!!! Best bet to get a decent spot Is near the bullring. Bring a sound machine to blot out late night party goers. But all in all the apartment was worth it.

The property is centrally located near all of the action. The downside of being centrally located is that there is no quiet time making it difficult to sleep. The air condition does not cool well so the apartment remains warm all the time. There is no elevator so it was quiet a challenge climbing 50 steps with all of our luggage. The hostess was very responsive but unable to assist with the air conditioning situation due to the festivities.

I couldn’t speak more highly of the location of this property! Close to everything but still fairly quiet during the festival. It is at the very top with no elevator which is challenging with lots of luggage but consider it a good work out after all the sangria! The place was clean and perfect for my family. I did have a slight problem checking in as I did not receive any instructions until a few hours before check in which of course made me very nervous. However, all was perfect and as soon as we connected they were very helpful and we had no issues!

We enjoyed our brief stay in Pamplona and were very happy with the apartment. The location is central to all of old town yet in a quiet location. The apartment is comfortable, truly charming and well supplied, even with some games that we enjoyed playing in the evenings. Steph is a wonderful host and made sure that we had everything we needed. One example - when we arrived in the middle of the afternoon, she immediately contacted us with advice on where to eat before things shut down for the afternoon. If we would have searched on our own, we would have missed the window! All in all, a great experience and we won't hesitate to rent again on our next visit!

Our group of six stayed here for the opening days of SanFermin. You cannot ask for a better location just off the main event square..tucked in enough to still be able to sleep during the loud revelry and close enough to not miss any events. It is close to groceries, restaurants, bars, and shops. The apartment had everything we needed and having a clean restroom nearby at any time was golden. If you are there for the festival be sure to allow Stef to help you book balconies...ours was fantastic. Thanks Steph for an unforgettable experience.

The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 5. It gave us a feeling of being a part of the Pamplona community. We were in walking distance to the shops, restaurants and sights. The apartment was very clean attractive.

This apartment is lovely, light and airy and was excellently situated- definitely exceeded expectations in terms of space and comfort! Being in the heart of Pamplona we were able to walk everywhere and always head back in the middle of the day when the heat was unbearable for us and the children to stay out in. Stephanie was very welcoming and helpful on our arrival and departure....we expect that we will return soon!
