One block from Lincoln Park and the zoo

Fantastic location, convenient and secure parking, cute garden level configuration. Unfortunately, the bathroom drainage pipes were emitting unpleasant sewage odors, enough to diminish the quality of our stay.

Host was welcoming but the unit was experiencing some sewer gas issues that were off putting. Location was perfect for our purposes.

This neighborhood is wonderful, and to have a parking spot there is so helpful. But what's most impressive is the amount of detail put into the apartment itself: it has everything a couple could need. Very nice hosts, also.

Jon and Leslie were so nice and helpful. The unit was in a great location. Very close to Lincoln park and Zoo. Wonderful neighborhood. I walked my dog early in the am and late at night and felt comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful apt. and well appointed.

The location is perfect. Heart of Lincoln Park and literally steps to the zoo and the lakefront. Easy people to work with…friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay again. Thank you !

The property manager was very easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. The location was great with easy access to stores, restaurants, and attraction's. The pictures and representation of the property are accurate and the kitchen is well equipped. I would book again.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location was perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and Lincoln Park Zoo, which made exploring the city so convenient. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the overall setup made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated spot in the city.

This was an amazing place to stay. In all my years use Vrbo and ABB I have never stayed in a unit this clean and with an owner this great to deal with!

My wife, dog, and I enjoyed our stay here for 6 nights. The location cannot be beat just minutes away walking to the Lincoln Park Zoo and several good restaurants in the neighborhood. It’s a quaint clean basement with almost everything you need available to you. My only recommendation is bring a portable fan or two with you because you cannot control the temperature of the room and it got fairly warm during our stay. Our portable fan was a lifesaver in this instance.
