One Bedroom Apartment With Balconies Overlooking The Lake Near The Center.

This was our first time in the Lake Como region. This property was located just a short walk away from the main part of town, which was perfect. It was great to come back after a day of touring to a quiet location. The pizza restaurant right at the corner was a plus! Garage! Washing machine! All good! It was as listed. I would only recommend to bring paper towels and detergent!

Excellent position & views

It was wonderful. We absolutely got what we came uafor which was enjoyment of Lake Como, good food and time to tour and relax. Nadine was a good hostess and having a restaurant right next door added to our convenience. Only things I would suggest are Keurig coffee pot with some pods provided....extra strong so we could sit out and enjoy that lovely terrace with hot coffee in the morning and perhaps a toaster?

Great property with all amenities needed, amazing view and patio, friendly and responsive owner, and convenient location close to town but just far enough away. Appreciated the welcome binder with tons of helpful info. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The location and outlook are superb, and the availability of the garage a real positive, but the property is trading on these benefits. The kitchen is NOT fully equipped, despite being advertised as such. There are no sharp knives, no toaster, no coffee making facilities such as one would normally expect. The sandwich toaster is scratched and frankly unusable. There was only one bin liner for the very small kitchen bin, and objection from the owner when we requested more. The towels were thin, hard and well past their use-by-date. My pillow had no pillow case. On arrival there was no coffee, tea, sugar or water and not even a small carton of long life milk, in contrast to our experience in other properties in Greece and Italy. The kitchen cupboard had partially open boxes of flour, salt, instant coffee etc from previous guests which had not been cleared away prior to our arrival. The smell of cleaning materials (vinegar?) on our arrival was overwhelming. The host was difficult to contact (not available between 11:00 and 19:00 on the day of our arrival) and defensive when we did contact her about issues. We were then told at the last minute that we had to check out earlier than the advertised checkout time because of another guest arriving. All in all, it felt that everything was being done on the cheap, which is a real disappointment as this property could be superb.

Wonderful weekend here at a great location a bit away from town but with easy access, a gorgeous view, and helpful host!

This very sweet apartment was about a half mile from the ferry and downtown, in a lovely neighborhood. The views were amazing. There is a restaurant next door and a breakfast place close by although it was closed while we were there. Nadia was very helpful!

Sat on the balcony every evening with a glass of wine enjoying the lake views. Made friends with local businesses (pizza and pastry shop). Walked into town of Bellagio once or twice a day. Apartment was immaculate. Nadia had prepared an excellent informational book of the area. She greeted us and took time to explain everything. We are sold on Bellagio and will spend time again (hopefully soon) at CasaKatty!
