Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great Ocean Road Holidays
We were in town for the Grand Fondo and this was the perfect place to stay! We stayed with friends and the split level step up gave us all a bit of privacy but a great social level in between.

Plenty of room, beautifully renovated and a brisk short walk from Mountjoy Parade and beach. Loved being back there and enjoyed having friends visit such an attractive place.
We are a family with two teenagers and this place was perfect for us. Two living zones, great view, fully equipped, just bring all your linen including towels and bath mats. Comfy beds. The hill/road up to the property might be a challenge for older or younger guests, but we loved it! Its a beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated home. Very clean. We always book directly throigh great ocean road real estate. They so friendly and they are just in the high street if you need anything
We loved our stay so much! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home! The split level is classy, the kitchen facilities just superb. The main bedroom is simple, but gorgeous little hide away! Great location amongst the trees just back from the esplanade we walked everywhere and We will be reccomending it and also coming back!
