This modern apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests with a bright living room featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave,dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine, and toaster.

The living room opens onto a covered terrace furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for delightful breakfasts and lunches in the open air overlooking the greenery and the lake.



The apartment, fitted with air conditioning in every room, continues with a bedroom featuring a double bed and wardrobe, with access to a private balcony at the back.

The layout is completed by the bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC, and washing machine.



Guests can park their car in the apartment’s private garage.



The adult pool and the children’s pool are available from June 1st to September 15th.

Guests may use up to 2 sun loungers per apartment, and pets are not allowed in the pool area.



A baby cot and highchair are available upon request at an extra cost of €5 per night each.

Pets are allowed upon request, with a small additional fee.



Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, guests will receive all necessary instructions to access the property independently.
