Lovely apartment in the old down. A few minutes walk from the Lake front and restaurants. 20-30 minutes walk from the train station. Milan is about 1 hour away, Venice about 1.5 hours (was very busy on the train) and Canava water park 1-2 stops away and then you have to get a free shuttle. Train station is very slow at dispensing tickets so allow extra time to do this or use an app. Quiet and secure area behind automatic gates. Very clean and spacious. Towels and condiments provided including tea and coffee. Air conditioned which was great after a hot day. Host was very friendly and checked on us by Whatsapp that everything was ok. We weren't sure where to go for supplies like milk, water and bread. There is an Italmart about a 20 minute walk away which had everything we needed.

A very nice apartment on the edge of the centre of the town with a view of Lake Garda. Matteo and his family were very welcoming and helpful. There are a number of small delicatessens & bakeries nearby together with the Albergo Moniga Hotel, where we had coffee and impromptu Italian lessons each morning. We´ll be coming back to Lake Garda and this apartment will be at the top of the list. The Ackers family (Norway & UK)

We (two seniors who like to travel together) stayed at the apartment in Desenzano del Garda. It was one of the best Vrbo apartments we stayed in so far. The apartment was spotless, roomy, airy and bright with a view of Lake Garda. Matteo, the host, was so wonderful. He provided everything we needed and more. His son, Luca, who met us when we arrived, was very sweet. The apartment was within a 5 minute walk to the Lake where there was a lakefront promenade lined with shops and restaurants, and the ferry landing. Very wonderful experience. Definitely 5-stars!

Wonderful quiet little neighborhood right on the edge of all the tourist areas. I have bad knees and walk with a cane, I could still walk anywhere I needed to. The apartment was very nice and I would definitely stay here again.

This property was as good as it looked. Lovely large rooms. Bathrooms great too. Loved the Jacuzzi bath after a long day walking in the sunshine. Tea & coffee and condiments there. They even put a bottle of wine in the fridge. Five minute walk into the centre where ferry boats & buses can take you all around and over the lake. We chose this resort because of the train station; about a 20 min walk or 5 in a taxi. There’s a bus too. Would definitely recommend both apartment and location.

There is little to add. Luca is a great host and the property is spacious, spotlessly clean and in a great location.

This is a lovely apartment which is located in a quiet area of Desenzano. A 10 minute walk will take you into the centre where there are a lot of very good restaurants and shops. The owners were the perfect hosts. We had a fantastic week and hope to come back again next year. Many thanks. Peter and Glenda.

This is a beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean on our arrival and our hosts were most helpful. Location is great--you can walk into town. Many thanks to our hosts for making our stay an excellent one.
