You’ll have access to the entire four-bedroom suite, Old Spanish House C: The Madeleine Suite, located on the second level and accessible by outside stairs, accommodating up to 8 guests. You’ll also enjoy access to a cozy fire pit area—perfect for relaxing during your stay. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, and any additional occupants or vehicles require prior approval. Golf carts are also available to rent, offering a fun and easy way to explore the area.

The Old Spanish House is a historic landmark in Biloxi, Mississippi, with origins dating back to around 1840. Built on a 1780 Spanish land grant, this property has been thoughtfully renovated to offer modern accommodations while preserving its historical charm.

The open floor plan flows seamlessly across sleek hardwood floors, connecting beautifully designed living spaces furnished with designer touches. The full-size kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinetry, and expansive quartz countertops, making meal preparation both enjoyable and effortless. A dining table and peninsula countertop create the perfect setting for leisurely meals and conversation.

☕ Two coffee bars include to-go cups so you can bring your freshly brewed coffee or tea, along with provided snacks, around town or to the beach. A Keurig® coffee maker, K-cups, a drip coffee maker, ground coffee, sugar, and creamer are provided.

Retreat to four spacious bedrooms, each offering comfort and character with sturdy furnishings and luxurious bedding on king, queen, and twin-size beds. Deep hues and artistic touches inspired by Biloxi’s coastal vibe complete the design. Each bedroom includes an armoire, dresser, or open rack with shelves and hangers, along with an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, extra bath towels, and beach towels.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms and one half bath offer a relaxing retreat with modern fixtures and beautiful finishes, including a spa-like shower with dual shower heads and a claw-foot soaking tub. Both full bathrooms are stocked with Public Goods luxury bath products, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. These essential oil-infused products are sulfate- and paraben-free. Each guest is also provided with a set of plush, hotel-quality white bath towels.

Laundry
A washer and dryer are provided, along with detergent sheets for your convenience.

Located in a walkable, mixed-use area just behind a local restaurant, the property offers convenient access to the beach, shopping, and dining. Please note that the setting is active rather than secluded, and guests should expect some ambient noise, light, and nearby business activity at times. The property is equipped with blackout curtains; however, exterior lighting remains on overnight for guest safety and security, and some light may still enter the suite. Your comfort and safety come first—every piece of bedding is carefully cleaned before your arrival. This smoke-free property is monitored by exterior security cameras. If you’re hoping to check in early or sleep in a bit later, we offer early check-in or late checkout for $50/hr (up to four hours and based on availability). All guests are required to sign a rental agreement when booking.
