Old historic residential tower in the old town of Constance

It was all what we asked for. Best location in the city, the owners were always trying to help and the room was very charming.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 6 nights in April 2018. If you have the chance to visit Konstanz (highly recommended), you should stay in this apartment. It has everything you need for your stay. The apartment is in a quiet area in the city centre. Mr. Brauwarth is very hospitable. He showed us around the apartment and gave us some tips. We stayed in one of the two apartments at the top of this very old house - it may be the smaller one but tere is plenty of room for two people. The place is well-modernised, but with parts of the original building still showing (and with a few whimsical touches, such as the mouse in a niche in the bathroom!). Norbert proved an excellent host, driving with me after unloading to where the parking is free, and pointing out some of the eateries in the area. The house is an easy walk away from the harbour area and shopping, in the historic centre of Konstanz. An excellent base for exploring the area. Many thanks for a great week.

We stayed three nights in this lovely studio. There is plenty of room for 2 + 1 small child. The whole place is spotless and worm (we had snow). It is also quiet. The owners were so helpful, I drive a large truck and they helped with unloading, parking, and bus passes. The small kitchen has everything you need. There is a Brau Haus, Wine House, and Spanish restaurant a stones through away. A lovely getaway,

Wir waren für vier Tage in der kleineren der beiden Wohnungen. Für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist sehr funktionell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist äußerst zentral und mit dem Fahrzeug zumindest zu Be- und Entladen gut zu erreichen. Allerdings kommt man mit einem großen Fahrzeug in den engen Gassen an seine Grenzen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein sehr guter Tipp für ein gelungenes Wochenende.

Liebevoll renovierte Wohnungen im tollen alten Kern von Konstanz (wir durften uns auch die zweite Wohnung ansehen - beide sind sehr schön)! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, die Lage ist prima, das Ambiente ist toll und die Vermieter sind super freundlich. Auch bei uns war es nicht laut! Fazit: immer wieder gerne!

Wir haben bewußt eine Ferienwohnung in der Innenstadt gesucht, weil wir ohne Auto kamen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, besonders das Bad ist hübsch hergerichtet. Vermiter sehr nett.

Wir waren in beiden Wohnungen, es war einfach toll. Es war alles wunderbar sauber und geflegt. Die Lage ist einfach toll und super zentral. Wir fanden es nicht laut, es sind enge Gassen wenn da einer durch geht abends und rumbrüllt ok dann vielleicht das ist aber normal oder? Aber das ist noch nicht alles, das alles Rundum war beispielhaft für andere Ferienwohnungen und Vermieter. Es war einfach alles da, es sind nur Kleinlichkeiten aber genau das ist der Grund warum wir so positiv bewerten. Wenn es nur der Zucker ist den man ja mal vergessen kann aber auch alles andere z.B (Filtertüten,Kaffe,Öl-Essig,--Toilettenpapier--und viel mehr, aber auch nur ein Brötchenmesser alles war da. Da macht die Gastfamilie sich viele Gedanken Vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben nicht viel davon gebraucht, weil wir uns nicht selbst versorgt haben, aber das es einfach da war ist toll. Wir kennen es auch anders, für den Preis und die Lage wie ich schon sagte Beispielhaft. Ein Manko haben die Wohnungen keinen Balkon aber das weiß man ja voher.
