Stayed Dec 2, 2023We enjoyed our stay in the Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg. The hosts were friendly, extremely accommodating, helpful in giving information about the city, and enjoyable to visit with. The apartment has everything you need and was clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better with walkability to restaurants, shops, movie theatre, and the many festivals and events. It felt like a cozy home away from home.

Stayed Jan 28, 2023Host couple were very accommodating and friendly The residence location is in a lovely historic neighborhood immediately adjacent to downtown St. Petersburg and it’s museums, galleries and restaurants. It is also walkable to the city’s waterfront and its amenities. The apartment was configured awkwardly—the bedroom was also the tv and dining location. It was not a major inconvenience however.

Stayed Jan 10, 2022This property is so comfortable, and is the middle of all things St. Pete. We walked to downtown, to the farmer's market, to the bay and to coffee pot bayou. I felt very safe walking miles and miles on my own. The owners of the property are so kind, accessible and they both share their knowledge of the area. Kent and Joan made us feel right at home:) I would definitely stay here again.
