Amazing location and so much room! This house easily fit 12 adults. Very clean and quiet. So many great places in walking distance. Highly recommend!

This place was wonderful! Very comfortable for our family of 12 and so close to everything we wanted to visit. Thank you!

The property has potential but if you want to die of a heat stroke this is the place to be! Also filled with aunts mostly in the kitchen. A front “balcony”/“four-seasons” that tilted downwards, not finished, with an extremely smelly stench that goes into the main house. A/c all turned off to start. Most of the a/c in certain rooms are not able to provide accurate cooling. Hard to breathe in bathrooms don’t have any kind of airflow/ac. Toilet, broken in one of the bathrooms. Mostly bedrooms: no kind of dresser/end table/decor! This was a last minute decision and would never do it again.

The property manager is very nice and was very easy to get ahold of. We had an issue through the online booking where on my end it had a different place booked than what she had on her end. I was able to call her and get it straightened out and get the new address of where we would now be staying. This was very stressful because we were driving down when this occurred, and I wanted to make sure we were going to have a place to stay. She was very helpful and eased my stress over this. The property itself was very nice and overall pretty clean. There were a few minor marks on the walls, but that’s about it. Especially considering that this is a bit of an older property we had no issues with the place itself. The only issue we ran into was difficulties with the washer and then the dryer just did not work so we were left with wet clothes when they came out of the washer. The bedrooms are super cute and the beds are very comfortable. This place was perfect for me and my group! I recommend bringing your own hand soap, dishwasher detergent, a pair of scissors, and some hand towels for the kitchen, as this stuff was not provided. I also recommend bringing bottled water and bags of ice because neither of those work on the fridge. Overall a great experience and an amazing location!!!

The location is fantastic. It is also a great size for a family gathering (we had 13 people of all age ranges). This is so close to being a perfect place to stay with a few considerations to make sure you cover. Bring toilet paper (you're given two rolls for three toilets). Bring soap - none of the bathrooms had any. There are not many places to sit in the apartment (two couches and two small tables on the porch). The porch us oddly slopped making the tables unsteady. There is no kitchen table though there is plenty of room for one. Honestly, when you stay here, you're getting the beds, a coffee table, two small tables and two couches - so it's almost like glamping when it comes to being outfitted. Bring a yeti/rtic coffee cup as there were only 4 coffee cups. The display on the oven is difficult to read - otherwise it's a nice spacious kitchen - just not well outfitted for the size of groups this apartment can accommodate. TLDR: I would probably stay here again. The price is right, the location is fantastic, and the hosts communicate well. If they provided more basic furniture/toiletries I would absolutely stay here again.

The location was great, the place was clean, but it definitely needs some upgrades and needs every blind in the whole place needs to be replaced not enough lightbulbs in the house. Lamps were broken.

The apartment was clean, and the location perfect. That said we would not stay there again. Though they did list that it was minimally appointed (towels and sheets, basic plates, pots and pans), it left a lot to be desired. If you plan to leave us toilet paper, 2 rolls total not even enough for the 3 bathrooms let alone 10 people for a week is inappropriate as well as dish detergent but no sponge, no hand towels, soap but only for one bathroom, one trash bag. But I could still see where they might argue that it falls within the listing. However many of the overhead can lights were missing bulbs as well as lamps. We called and they were brought some over quickly, but they could only provide bulbs for the can lights and told us use them for the lamps as well which wasn't the correct bulb and caused a situation where we were concerned the light touching the shade was overheating and so we didn't use that lamp. There was no lighting in the upstairs hallway, upstairs bedroom, and I believe one or two bedrooms downstairs (the pole lamp had a broken prong on the plug). The bunk beds need all the bolts retightened. It was pretty scetch sleeping on the top bunk. I think they would be fine, but no one has taken the time to check them so they sway a lot. The bedroom door can't close or you'll be locked in. Parking great for us with a compact suv, but in general, would be difficult for someone with a large vehicle. That's not really the owners fault, but guests should know.
