Oceanview @ Peppertree, great beach access, 3 pools, 2BR sleeps 6, 2 bathrooms

VRBO listing at a location that I am familiar with and love to visit. Location of condo had great beach access and plenty of activities in the area for the kids.

The condo was beautiful and up to date. The location was great. The pools were nice. We didn’t get to check in until late because they were short staffed on housekeeping. The only thing was housekeeping wasn’t great. Two of three beds weren’t even changed with clean bedding and we actually found a lot of crumbs and pretzels in the beds. The owners were amazing at keeping in touch and I don’t put the housekeeping issues on them. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at PepperTree Resort in Atlantic Beach! The location is perfect. We were within walking distance of good coffee, groceries, activities, and a short short walk to the beach, which was beautiful. The orientation of the beach made for very calm surf and a nice cool breeze. The volume of activities available for families on the resort was excellent and it is also located right next to a public park with low cost mini golf. The staff at the resort was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Everything was clean and well stocked. You can exchange linens, beach and pool towels are provided, and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked really well. The three pools were nice to choose from and they were clean and just the right temperature. We loved being so close to Fort Macon, which is where you will find a lot of great / hard to find sea shells. We enjoyed the family atmosphere and the central location to everything! This was one of the best vacations for us. The condo was a nice size and comfortable for the family. We had no complaints! You have to check out Captain Monty with Seavisions Charters, he was an amazing captain and his price was better than renting your own boat! You have to go out with him to Cape Lookout or Shackleford Island to see the horses and find harder to find seashells. He takes you places no one else gets to often. The owner was extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. We are thankful for their help and their willingness to make sure our stay was awesome! The cost of this VRBO was better than booking separately with the resort. This is the way to go! Don't hesitate, make it happen!
