Our apartment is in the Seven Seas complex. With Caloundra's main street only steps away and short walk to a choice of beaches, you couldn't wish for a better location.

Access to the apartment is via the lock box at the apartment. You will be sent a code to access the lock box and your apartment & garage keys after you have booked.



The apartment has secure underground parking for one vehicle for the duration of your visit The height restriction is 1.9 metres. There is additional paid street parking, but this can be quite busy.



The apartment has two bedrooms,

All bedrooms are light and airy with the winter northern sun streaming in. You will be struck by the space and stylish charm throughout. The lounge and kitchen and master bedroom are air conditioned and there are ceiling fans above both beds.



The kitchen is modern and well equipped. With cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, it is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish.



The dining table seats six. There is a lovely balcony off the lounge room with ocean views and cooling breezes.



We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a start up to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
