Stayed Jan 1, 1We had such a lovely few nights at Ocean’s Eleven celebrating with family and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The location is hard to beat. The beach is really just a stone's throw away! The rooms were a great size, everything was spotless, and the views from the living room and master bedroom were gorgeous, the kind you don’t get bored of looking at. Having a shop close by was super handy, and being able to step straight onto the coast path was a big hit with all the family. Falmouth was a brilliant base, the apartment felt relaxed and comfortable, and it was perfect for a special few days together. We’d happily recommend Ocean’s Eleven to others and would love to stay again.

Stayed Jan 1, 1Next to beach and above average restaurant/bar, and all your shopping needs next to Liner. 15 min walk to falmouth main town/harbour, but easy.

Stayed Jan 1, 1Really spacious apartment, with lovely sea views and secure parking. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including some delicious complimentary scones with jam and clotted cream. The security codes for the barrier and doors were all easy to use. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The development is well positioned opposite the best beach for the town, with a good cafe opposite and a Co-Op grocery shop below, most wants are catered for. The dedicated parking space is invaluable in season as well. The interior of the block is a bit of a maze and the location of the bins are not clear, but we got used to it after a couple of days. The view is pleasant, but being lower down in the building, it's not an expansive view across the beach - partially obstructed by the grassed roof of the shop. Still, there's a good balcony and you certainly feel like you're staying on the seaside. The furnishing is good quality, well maintained and everything you need, but quite minimal for the price. Little touches like a coffee machine and a DVD player would be good at the price point. Very clean though. Overall, I'd stay here again as it has all you actually need and a great location.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a lovely modern apartment situated over the road from the beach. Well equipped, comfortable beds, decent showers. Enjoyed the balcony facilities, good view over beach and nearby gardens. Good parking spot. The Co op downstairs is very handy. Excellent pizza van in the garden next door. Lovely walks all around, and only about a 20 minute walk to the town. We struggled with the code for the promised surf store in the basement- we needed to empty our gear from the car - but there was no note of this in the information pack. Luxury Coastal staff could not help, they suggested calling the building management company which we did, but no facility to leave a message and no call back. We then called the local contact (Di) who was very helpful, she managed to obtain several suggestions from the owner, which we tried and managed to find the correct one. So we got there in the end, but this information needs to be to hand in the apartment. Who wants to waste time chasing on holiday! Also, I’d make two suggestions to improve things: please use summer weight duvets on the beds in summer, not winter ones. We were mafted! And also, the bathrooms would benefit from a deep clean - the grouting etc is getting a bit grubby. Realise that the cleaning staff are on a tight turnaround, but unless a deep clean is invested in, the bathrooms will deteriorate. And that would be a shame in such a nice apartment.

Stayed Jun 5, 2024the apartment was excellent, my family and I had a wonderful eleven day stay, so close to all amenities and the Gilly cafe! all in all a very very successful vacation, my American family were very impressed with Falmouth and the Cornish characters.
