Building rules requires background check with $100 per adult guests and $100 for married couple via tenant evaluation webpage. This is billed via the webpage during the application process post VRBO approval and owner has no control on it. Preferably, 5 days minimum window to approve rental application via the building. Hi Speed internet with 250MB and free WiFi.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous view and excellent location. Building with excellent amenities including pool, hot tub and beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided by building. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Owner very responsive and nice to work with.
Pool, beach and gym were closed down. Owner processed a refund for unused days, but VRBO is holding up my money.

We enjoyed our 9 day stay at this very lovely and well equipped condo unit. The views are beautiful from each bedroom. The facility is full of amenities and you can easily walk to many wonderful restaurants. I would highly recommend renting this unit and we are looking forward to an extended stay later this year.
We enjoyed our stay and will probably return in the future. Really nice people and. valet parking was great.
Beautiful place
My wife and I are retired, and we try to get out of the cold of Washington DC every year after the holidays. Having done South Beach before, we wanted to see what the neighborhood was like further up the beach. Sherif’s place seemed to provide the perfect match of space, beachfront, and nearby amenities at a very reasonable price. The pictures accurately describe this spacious 19th floor unit. Although we only used the master bedroom, both bedrooms are comfortably sized, each with its full-sized bathroom. The master bedroom has an ocean-view balcony with furniture. The second bedroom has no balcony, but it has floor-to-ceiling windows, so you have the good ocean view no matter which room you’re in. Each bedroom has its own cable TV, as does the living room. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. We only stayed a week, but you could be comfortable here for a month just by stocking groceries. (A Winn-Dixie supermarket is about a mile away, and stores with basic essentials are within easy walking distance.) And because of the full-size washer/dryer, we left without the usual 10 lbs of dirty laundry. All guests must register and obtain picture identification to access facilities. Even though we arrived after office hours Sherif ensured that we were expected and that unit was open for us. The standard valet parking was easy to use. It was easy to contact Sherif when we had questions, and he was always quick to respond. This unit was superior to other Miami-area properties we’ve used, and we’d highly recommend it to others.
We usually travel to Miami area 2-3 times a year and use Trump or Turnberry Isle hotel for our stay. This time we decided to give HomeAway a try and we didn't get disappointed. Nice clean condo, beautiful views, great location. Owner is very responsive. If you read other reviews for this property you will see the same statements - and it is an absolute true. What I want to point out is the saving compare to the hotels in this area. If you stay in Trump you pay $27 parking fee and $30 resort fee per day. If you stay for couple weeks like we did it adds up. What we pay for the same amenities was $50 ($10 for parking and $40 for 2 building access cards) for the entire stay which is a bargain. Having full kitchen is a great feature compare to the hotel also. We are planning to stay at this property in the future
