Stayed Sep 5, 2025The property was great and had a good location with easy parking. The host always responded within 24 hours. The inside was fairly clean but we did find old clothing from whoever stayed there before under the bed. The people who stayed on the other side of the property were also very loud, thin walls, but also they were screaming and singing karaoke at 2:30 am.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025John is the best host in Hampton. He provides clean modern rooms at a fair price right across from the beach and leaves you alone. Of course you need to be respectful of the property, that should go without saying of course. Some people they don’t understand that concept but barring that, it’s a peaceful place for you to go and enjoy your vacation at a reasonable price and it’s right across from the beach. I love the seagull inn…bigly.
