PARKING: Conveniently located within the building for $33.00/day as of 2024.

HUI RENTAL CAR SERVICE: Located on the 5th floor, Hui offers flexible rental car options. Download the app to reserve and pay by the hour.

FREE PARKING: Alongside the lagoon at Hilton Hawaiian Village (6-hour max, from 4:30 AM–10:30 PM). Limited availability due to high demand.

Personalized Guidebook: Upon booking, we’ll send you a guide to our favorite local spots for food, attractions, and hidden gems.

Supplies: Starter essentials (paper towels, toiletries, etc.) are provided. Guests supply their own once depleted.

Quiet Hours: Observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM for a peaceful stay.

Check-In: 3:00 PM (Early check-in available at 50% of the nightly rate).
Check-Out: 10:00 AM (Late check-out available at $25 per half-hour, up to noon).

Television: Sign into streaming services with your accounts and remember to log out before departure.

Laundry: Shared facilities are available on the 8th floor, accessible via PayRange app or credit card.

Smoking (including vaping) is not allowed anywhere on the premises, including balconies, hallways, or common areas. If smoking/vaping does occur on the premises, guests may be evicted and will be financially responsible for any damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.

Due to neighborhood restrictions, parties are not allowed in this home. Disregarding this rule will result in immediate eviction and the loss of your security deposit.

Please leave your apartment tidy, and do not throw anything from the balcony. Return furniture and other objects to their original places. Inform us of any issues you may have as soon as possible so we can help.

Remove Shoes: Please remove outdoor footwear while in the unit.

Laundry and Lanai: No clothing or laundry should be hung in doorways, windows, or on Lanai railings, walls, or ceilings. A $100 fine will be charged for violations.

Mail: Guests do not have access to the mailbox. Do not order items online as we cannot retrieve them.

Water Shutdowns: Occasionally, the building may have water shutdowns affecting the kitchen and bathrooms. This is controlled by the building, and we cannot offer refunds or compensation.
