Stayed Feb 17, 2022We enjoyed the location of this condo very much. The grounds and pool area are very nice. The location of the room could not be better. As you have a full view of the ocean and pool area. The room is definitely a little outdated. Also it was not very clean. The refrigerator had left over crumbs in it. I had to move a table due to the humidifier leaking and the dirt we mopped up was pretty disgusting! There were candy wrappers and stuff lying around in other places. I had to wipe out the dresser drawers before we could put our clothes in there. There is splattered food onthe side of the refrigerator. With that being said if you are willing to do a little cleaning it is a fair place to hang your hat.

Stayed Jul 22, 2021Everything was as we expected. Very clean and the owner was wonderful. Our tv went out and he immediately brought us another one and got it all set up. We will definitely visit again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Owners were very helpful and communication was plentiful. Condo was clean and perfect for us to stay for a few days. Parking was good. We will definitely keep this place in mind if we visit Daytona again!
