Oceanfront condo near Gearhart Golf Links - walk to beach - No pets

The property overall was nice. The only downsides were there was only one coffee cup, and my wife stepped on as piece of glass by the sofa cutting her big toe. Fortunately, it was nothing serious and there was a first aid kit onsite that we utilized for the mend. It was right at the edge of the sofa, so it was missed during the cleaning from a previous break. The location was great and there was great communication as to the checking process and the codes. I would recommend a once over of the onsite amenities, as previously mentioned there was only on coffee cup and several other areas with labels for items that did not exist.

THE CONDO HAD A TERRIFIC VIEW OF THE OCEAN AND THE WALK TO THE BEACH IS SHORT. VERY CLEAN!

The property and location is beautiful. The unit itself was nice, had decent amenities. The only issues we had was the bedding DID NOT appear freshly changed or laundered. There was a significant amount of both human and animal hair on the sheets. We were happy to find extra bedding in the closet so we were able to change it. And the WiFi was kinda temperamental which only mattered because we weren’t feeing well and wanted to just stay in and stream TV. It was a little disappointing that when I let VACASA know about the cleanliness issues there wasn’t any response. We have stayed in a VACASA rental in Gearhart in the past and when we arrived it looked like the cleaning crew had just left without finishing, laundry in the wash, vacuum was out and food garbage left on a counter. When I reported this during that stay the was an immediate response. But this feels a bit like a pattern and they would benefit from reviewing the standards with their cleaning crew.

Great condo. Awesome location near the quiet beach. Highlight was watching the sunset on the benches. Only downfall was the air wasn’t working well so condo was pretty warm.

Cleaning not as expected. The TV in living room not easy to control and instructions confusing and inaccurate. Some of the furniture especially outside in poor shape. Overall a disappointing experience.

Quiet and relaxing place with a view of the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This place is always awesome. The location is the best when walking to the beach and watching sunsets. The condo is always clean and feels so comfortable. They have everything you need to cook and clean as well. This is my favorite vacation spot because of the privacy, the views and peace.

Honestly, I looked for something wrong with this place but everything was nice and clean and as advertised. Check in and out was easy. Overall a good experience and I would stay again in the future.

The property was nice and clean. Short walk to a really nice beach area. Dog friendly. My bride and I really enjoyed the nearby McMenamins Sand Trap Pub and Grille. Nice location. Would stay again.

Best 3 days at Gearheart! Sunny and warm. Condo is fantastic, minutes to beach. The sound of the waves always is calming. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!

Well appointed condo with great access to the beach. Everything I needed to cook was there. Thoughtful extras like reading material, cards, fan. One consideration would be lack of screens in windows or door to get fresh air. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location and working with Vacasa was great.

Stayed 3 nights to attend a wedding. Comfortable & Cozy for 2 adults and 1 dog. Some highlights: Walking distance to beach Well stocked kitchen Comfortable bed Updated showerhead that’s placed high for someone 6’ tall Actual hair drawer (not travel size)

The amenities were all so great and so comfortable. And having the ocean right in your backyard is priceless. A great vacation spot!!! I will definitely come back for the peace of mind this gives you. Thank you so much.
