Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Getting Around:

It is recommended to rent a car if you are going to visit the Riviera Maya, but if you want to spend the whole day on the beach and just go out to restaurants it is not necessary because you can walk to most of them and there is also a bus that passes through the main avenue that takes you all over the hotel zone.

The elevator is currently out of service*



It does not have an elevator, and the condominium has several stairs and there are stairs even inside the apartment. It is important to take this into account if you are traveling with elderly people or people with difficulty climbing stairs.



The photos of the condo and the beach are not edited. They were taken recently. However, due to natural phenomena, in your reservation you may find sargassum (seaweed) on the beach and it may not look like in the pictures. However, when this happens there are people cleaning the beaches, but keep in mind that this is a phenomenon that happens all over the city, it is not exclusive to this condo and it is out of our hands.

The published prices already take this into account.



It is necessary to take into account caution with the railings on the property due to their height and the structure of the place; It is recommended to be very careful, especially with children.



There is construction or maintenance work in the area, there may be construction noise during the week from 9am to 2pm and on Saturday from 9am to 2pm.



It is necessary to complete the online check-in form and present an official identification before arrival.



Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
