After booking the unit the owner connected with us and said we would need to coordinate to meet so he can check us in.Arrived in Daytona and set meeting and asked if we could just get a code and he told us we needed to get the key and the parking pass.When we arrive at the unit he informed me that I missed the detail about having to give him a 175.00 cash deposit, 150 for the room and the 25 for the parking pass.Gave him the cash and agreed to meet to check out and get the cash deposit back when we are ready to check out.We slept there 2 nights and met him at the agreed upon time and checked out and he did return my cash deposit.The balcony was wedge shaped and tapered from 34” wide at the big end to 0” at the small end and was maybe 8’ wide. 2 people can stand only, 1 can sit in a chair if you close the door and then open the chair to sit in it. There is not room for 2 people to sit on the balcony.There was almost zero water pressure in the bath sink and kitchen sink, the shower had some water but there was some kind of clear thin plastic shower liner that was gross.The water flow in the bath sink was less than a 1/4” diameter stream.The linens did not smell fresh at all and we decided not to get under the sheets based on overall cleanliness.We both slept in clothes and were not comfortable walking barefoot on the floors.The kitchen had an odd sized coffee pot but no filters or coffee.There were no paper towels, only 3 marginally clean dish rags.Boo

Wish I knew didn’t have pool and beach walk out due to remodel

Great location, pool, ocean, nice clean condo. Hard working owner takes great care of the property.

I spoke to Vitaly a few times before my arrival and I specifically told him we’d arrive that evening because 2 of us worked all day. He never sent us any check-in details that would include how to open the master lock to obtain the key to open the door. I called Vitaly over TEN TIMES and left voicemail indicating he never messaged the info to open the room. One of my friends also called to try to get ahold of him, but to no avail. A locksmith was called to assist on the matter and THE FIRST thing he did was turn the handle and voila, THE DOOR WAS OPEN. The door was NEVER locked by the last person who was in the room. It was 3 girlfriends of mine and I, I did not sleep that night at all because since I STILL didn’t have the check-in info, in my mind someone may have our key. Vitaly did not once respond to our messages until he woke up to get ready for work that night. By that time I didn’t care to check this app until the next morning of how upset I was at this experience! It’s very unprofessional of him. Plus, the next day when we finally did talk he said he already sent the check-in info and that I had said I was going to watch the sunrise with my friends. I NEVER said I’d do such a thing and he never sent the info. If you’re looking for a property owner that is there when you need assistance, this isn’t the one. I arrived at the property at 9p which isn’t exactly a late time. Daytona beach itself was beautiful, this experience at this place was not. Spend your money people, stay at a hotel!!

Vitaly was very accommodating, conscientious and kind! We had a great weekend! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were extra blankets and sheets if needed. We did use the electric skillet and microwave provided- they were helpful so we didn’t have to eat out all weekend. Take the elevator or back stairs right down to the pool which leads out to the beach. Pool was clean and inviting but we spent our time on the sand and in the ocean. The area of beach right behind the condo is quiet. Just to the south is the public access and driving portion of the beach but there are barriers so no one other than the lifeguards can drive on the beach behind the condo. The pier is just a short walk north. All in all we had a great stay!

Mr. Vitaly is so kind, attentive and sweet. His bnb is precious and it's obvious the live and time he has poured into it. Five stars for sure ❇️❇️❇️❇️❇️
