Ocean Walk Resort 1909 Magnificent Ocean Front Balcony Views

The Family and my self myself, mom and three kids ages 6-12 had a Blast everyday for our stay. It was a awesome time and the nicest stay ive personally ever had. Thank you for all the new family memories.

We had a great weekend at Ocean Walk. My only complaint about the room is that there was no nozzle for the bath tub so we had to fill it up with the shower head for my son who will only take baths. Bed was comfortable and kitchen looks newly updated. The owners were great with communication.

Overall the room was comfortable and all we needed. The bathroom could certainly use some updating.

It wouldn’t take a lot of money to fix the things that needed attention. The blinds were broken in both the bedroom and the living room. The shower curtain was torn. The shower head needs replaced. Several light bulbs were out. The sink leaks water slightly onto the counter when ran. Overall it wasn’t awful but I definitely won’t be back.

To start with and was not clean, terrible odor. No linens for the fold away bed, wash clothes looked like cleaning rags, sheets did not match, dishes were dirty, the water in the bathroom and kitchen starts and stops randomly, wires hanging from the TV’s along with the cable boxes, rusty nails hanging from the bathroom ceiling, dust hanging from the ceilings, both faucets leak the kitchen leaks so bad it drips to the floor, bath tub has rust on the bottom, vacuum sits in the corner because they have no where to put it. Condo was filthy upon arrival the “manager” Vicki argued it was clean after several phone calls she came up then half apologized to my husband about the condition. Her and the cleaning lady states they don’t have what they need to clean properly that the owner doesn’t provide it. They did attempt to clean it when I came back I wiped the floor with a wash rag and it was black, I left it there so they could see it! Toilet paper is not supplied. Basic cleaning supplies are absent, washer starts and stops doesn’t drain. Overall the view was great everything else was not! Would not recommend to anyone. I am saddened I have stayed in this Wyndham building before this experience was terrible and I won’t be coming back.

Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Water in shower was strong but sometimes just stop working for about a minute but that was rare. Floors were washed but the streaks during the sunlight showed no rinse or dirty rinse water. Furniture was okay but did not feel clean though hard to tell. Chairs were okay if you double cushioned them. TV was hard to figure out but eventually did it. People in elevator lobby was definitely risk takers. Very packed and no mask. Elevator occupancy was not controlled even though signs said no more than 4. Just pace yourself and get to the elevator when it's not heavily used. Definitely not worth the overall cost I had to pay for 8-nights.

We had a very good experience staying at the Ocean Walk condo. Everyone at the facility were helpful and friendly. The owners of the condo were great and responded quickly if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying there and would definitely consider staying there again.
