Stayed Jan 24, 2026Communication with Richard our host was excellent. The home was clean and steps from the beach as advertised. My kids were very grateful for the beach toys that were provided and the outdoor shower to rinse sand off was a plus!Overall an excellent stay! I hope to visit again sometime!

Stayed Jul 27, 2025The house was very nice. The only thing I might ask if we stay there again is to have a surge protector plugged in to the bedroom wall by bed. I use a CPAP machine and I barely had enough plugs for that. I would like to have my phone plugged in close to me instead of way across the room. Everything else was fantastic! Thanks for letting us stay at your VRBO!

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Our stay was awesome. Location is great, the beach access is directly across the street. Shops and restaurants are not far. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We will be staying here again.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025We had a great time and the property manager could not have been nicer! There were a couple of things not working, but nothing major and nothing that was a problem over all. Pros: the location is walking distance from everything; beach, spas, shops, restaurants. Perfect! The setting is quaint and well taken care of. Cons: The sheets and covers were still damp when we arrived. We just dryed them and they were fine. The a/c is controlled via WiFi by the owner so you have to text him if you want it changed, but he was very proactive in making sure we were comfortable. But we probably would have rather just handled it ourselves since we were trying to have a tech free (or tech-lite) stay.Overall, for a quiet convenient and affordable getaway, this was the perfect place!

Stayed Sep 30, 2024Location was as far out of town as possible & across from the water. That was great. Apartment was sufficient in it's contents but a bit worn. Yard was in great need of a cleanup but had been stormy prior to arrival. Fit our needs & excellent communication with owner. Allowed us later checkout as flight was in the evening.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024We really enjoyed our stay here, just outside of the busy part of town. Right across the street from the beach with a nice beach access. Within walking distance to shops and restaurant's. We really enjoyed the washer and dryer, it was a huge help for our family of 4. The outdoor shower was great, and being able to use the provided beach supplies was wonderful, not having to pack as much. Host was very attentive and kept in communication with us. My ONLY issue was the Cleaning fee, I felt it was priced a little on the high side. Will be looking to stay here again in the future.
