This condo is perfect - great location steps from the beach, and a perfect view of the gardens and the beach from the lanai. I loved being able to see and hear the waves from bed! Parking was easy and close, there's shave ice just around the corner and lovely views everywhere. We loved walking around the area. The condo is roomy, and very clean. Lots of space to unpack, and the king size bed was great. Well stocked with dishes and whatnot in the kitchen, and they even left us some macadamia nuts and granola which was lovely. The closet is full of beach gear - boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach blankets, towels, and pool noodles. Very convenient. I would highly recommend this place. HOWEVER, the manager came by at one point and after knocking he unlocked and was opening our door before we could answer, and I am still in shock about this. I don't think it would happen again to someone else, but this is something I've never ever encountered and his apology was lacking, so I feel it needs to be said.
Excellent location. An older property that could use a refresh but neat and clean. Needs some maintenance attention for a running toilet. Missing a TV remote. Air conditioner should be repaired, up-sized.
We had so much fun sitting on the lanai and watching the chickens!! There are 50000 people and 450000 chickens on Kauai. Seriously, beautiful place - no central ac in this unit but they have an “air cooler” and ceiling fans - and an amazing CROSS BREEZE from your ocean view - so who cares!! ? Not a fan of the 10 am check out but not a deal breaker. Loved every minute

View from the bedrooms 15 foot patio door overlooking the ocean was spectacular .
Loved having a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and outside grills to use. Very clean and comfortable for a week long stay.
Perfect for a couple like us, we keep coming back! Has everything we need, poolside view, surrounded by tropical gardens. A little slice of paradise.

The place was clean but old. It’s fine if your looking for a place to crash. No beach towels. Needs a facelift. Good location. Equivalent of 2.5 star hotel.
This year 319 had all new appliances and a new reclining sofa. We were there for 3 weeks and had a lovely time.
We always enjoy Kauai and like the location of the Prince Kuhio condos. The grounds are beautiful and the view from this unit is outstanding. The condo has a great supply of beach stuff, even hats! The bed is comfortable and having a washer/dryer in the unit is great. The kitchen is adequate for cooking simple meals. The unit was very clean and Vacasa was great to work with.
The room was well stocked with kitchen supplies, super clean and a great location. Allowed us to drop off belongings early.
The unit was clean and well organized. Lots of space. The garden area on property was very pretty and lush. Poipu Beach and Spouting Horn within walking distance. I would stay there again.
Nice view of the ocean with excellent ventilation. Living accommodations were great with beach supplies, cooler, chairs and an umbrella. Great location around Koloa, shops and restaurants.
Right across the street from beach with good snorkeling. Plenty of space in living room. Bedroom with nice breezes and ocean view from balcony
