Ocean view condo with balcony & peaceful location near Moran State Park

Clean room. Friendly neighbors. Nice for a small space.

Nice view nice room. Trouble with corners of bed frame. All 3 of us got bruises and 1 got a big open wound. Liked the location and interaction with company

The place was very clean and the balcony had a pretty nice view of the harbor. It was very convenient, walking distance, to the dock used by the whale watching tour operator and was only a short drive to shops and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful.

Loved the location. Peaceful and beautiful. Two problems, however. One was an unsafe shower/bathtub. There were no grab bars and a slippery surface. We did not feel safe. Second was the check-in at the door. The directions for entering the code were incomplete and we had to call the help number to guide us through the process. The helper that we reached was wonderful as he walked us through the steps that had been omitted in the instructions. Other than those two problems we loved the place.

This rental was perfect for our family of four, the view was incredible and the beds were comfortable.

Rosario Bay is a beautiful location, it may be a little too quiet for some. I picked it due to its close proximity to Moran State Park, and it suited us well. The busier and more touristy Eastsound is a short drive away. Beds were very comfortable.The unit itself seems to be in a timeshare property that did not have any kind of reception desk or office that we could find. The street address was given to us in the confirmation email, but not the specific building and unit number. We had to make a few circles of driving and a call to Vacasa before we could find our unit. My Verizon cell service was virtually nil on most of Orcas Island but luckily my traveling partner had AT&T and was able to reach someone for clarification.Overall, it was a nice stay and the historic property on the bay was interesting to walk around. There is a water activity business in walking distance of the unit.

Great location with partial views to water near Rosario resort. Difficult to find if you don't enter address into GPS before leaving East Sound as there is cellular signal. Quiet if and only if neighbors are quiet--thin walls and floors. Room was cramped due to provision of a mini kitchen--not needed. Quite clean but needs some upgrades.

Went on a mother/daughter getaway for our first time on Orcas Island. The location was great, a little more out in the woods, but only a short distance to the cute town of Eastsound. You can see the water from the porch and there is a waterfall right next to you that you can hear/see. There were people who stayed above us that you could easily hear walking/using the water but not too disruptive. The only item that wasn’t as advertised was we were missing a hair dryer. Otherwise, great low price place to stay on orcas island!

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and quiet. I really enjoyed the stay. It’s necessary to verify yourself online before receiving the room code and from a company I was unfamiliar with I had hesitations. That verification wasn’t authorized by the time I got to the property but a quick call expedited that service and got me the code which worked perfectly.

The condo is good value as it has all the necessities - a comprehensive kitchen, clean and has a view of the sea. It is not too far from the town of Eastsound where all the eateries are.

Loved the room, beds and the Island

Everything you need nothing you don't, great deck with a view for morning coffee. Close to Moran state park and countless other amazing sites. It's real and spectacular!

We loved staying in such a quiet, tucked away place. Trees everywhere and a sweet balcony overlooking the water. Everything was comfortable. We would happily stay here again!
