Stayed Sep 29, 2025Our dog loved his first beach experience, and the neighborhood is very friendly & walkable. Jim and Mary were fantastic in welcoming us and in communicating with us prior to our stay. Check in process & protocol was a breeze. (Added bonus we got to meet their precious new puppy, Jonah!)Apartment is very charming, clean, and comfortable...we are avid walkers, and we loved all the nearby walking paths as well as the beautiful beach. We look forward to returning because a week was not long enough!

Stayed May 18, 2025We had a great time on vacation! Our beach house was as described. It was very functional and clean. We were able to do our laundry before heading back home with the full size washer and dryer onsite. We had a full size refrigerator and a stove which helped us because we had our fur baby with us and she is a picky eater so I cook her food for her every day. We could see the ocean from our beach house and hear it which was awesome. The Hosts are onsite for any questions or issues that may come up. Jim and Mary are the best hosts and Luna their fur baby is cute and friendly. We will be staying here again in the future.

Stayed May 18, 2025We had the best time at God’s Gift Beach House! The walk to the beach is short and you can see the ocean from the bedroom and the living room! The house is in the second row of houses but you can see and hear the ocean! You can sit on the front porch and see and hear the waves in the rockers they have placed there. The beach house is clean and has a nice shower outside to get sand off from the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook as far as dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans and there is a coffee maker and microwave and a blender. A full size refrigerator is also included and dishwasher. The washer and dryer were handy to wash clothes before we came back home. We had our dog Lucy with us and everything was very dog friendly including the beach! Jim and Mary our hosts were very nice and are onsite in case you have questions or issues. We give this Beach House a 10 out of 10! We are looking forward to our next trip to Emerald Isle and will definately be booking at God’s Gift Beach House! Brian & Lisa Abner
