Stayed Nov 22, 2025The kitchen appliances worked well. Utensils and dishes were adequate. The space was comfortable for two people. The large balcony with multiple sliding patio doors provided a view of the bay and beach and allowed for plenty of sea breeze to blow through the apartment. Air conditioning worked. Bathrooms are small, but fully functional. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space. As the apartment overlooked the main road and malecon, with side streets on either side, street noise was a bit much at times. But that was expected. The apartment was clean, except for some surfaces ( like the top of the fridge) that only a tall person would notice. The location provided a pleasant ocean view, within walking distance of the Centro neighbourhoods. Communication with the rental agent was fairly easy with essential details provided to make check in straight forward. Communication was in Spanish, not my first language, so I did have to verify that I understood instructions correctly. I enjoyed my stay.

Stayed Dec 22, 2025Place was fine. New condo building right on the Malecon, easy walking/cab access to Centro.Reasonably equipped, though had a bare minimum sort of feeling. Should note that noise at night is very loud due to excessive vehicles cruising the Malecon with music blaring, so if you want something more peaceful, this won't suit. If you're after more of a party scene, note that owner explicitly prohibits partying. Other things that could improve the experience: LG washer/dryer on site was a pain to use (would error out and not drain, had to pull washer out and unplug to reset, etc.); Wi-Fi was unusable unless you were in the back bedroom; remote controls needed new batteries (both for TVs and A/C). Of note, best taco place we found nearby (if you're into that sort of thing) is Hector's Tacos across from northeast corner of Plazuela Zaragoza.
