Stayed Sep 10, 2025Lots of good things about room/location. Ac worked. Lanai was shady, tv worked to our desires, bed and bedding just right. Only a few items you need to know about. Shower water temp was just barely warm enough and the lanai has had many bird visits. Refrigerator groans in spooky way. Drapes backing was slit in places torn and taped.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025Location was great, short walk to great beaches, swimming spots and Waikiki Beach area and shops. Matt was good at responding to msgs. The bad… Check in - when we got there, the door code did not work, took 30 mins to find out the code had been changed and someone was supposed to let us know but we never got an email, not a great start. Room- First and main issue for the low stars is AC kept cutting out after 5-10 mins and we had to reset the plug each time. In 30 degrees Celsius temps the room was very warm especially at night. On our 3rd day it was fixed with a new cord but it was an uncomfortable couple days. We actually went to the mall just to get AC. Kitchen had a cabinet door falling, there was only 3 forks in the kitchen, the fridge made noise randomly day and night. Bathroom was not in great shape, shower tiles need a good cleaning. Only 2 extra towels for a 9 day stay. Balcony seat pillows were dirty, we had to clean them. Bedroom divider had paper cover falling off one of the doors and started to get harder to move. We survived the tsunami warning and had a great vacation. This accommodation just needs updated.
