Our apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathroom, towels, sheets, wifi, security, heated pool and valet parking. The master bedroom includes 1 Kingsized bed, flat-screened TV, full closet, wide-length window that overlooks the city and 1 full bathroom. The second bedroom is decked out with a 2 full side beds, 1 full bathroom, alsoa flat-screened TV and walk-in closet. You can enjoy entertainment in the generously-sized living room that includes a full length lounge sofa, flat-screened TV and dining setting that accommodates 6 guests. Glass sliding doors will lead you out into the balcony where you can relax while appreciating the wonderful view of the city. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with the necessary tools you'll need to cook delicious meals. You can enjoy this perfect setting where you will feel right at home. Direct exit to Collins Avenue, fully equipped gym and only 5 minutes from South Beach.

In this special East oriented unit, you can enjoy a stellar open view of the beaches and city. All the furniture is contemporary and up to date.
Short driving distance to Publix supermarket, a variety of restaurants and Lincoln Rd. Also only a minutes away from Bal Harbor Shops, and Aventura Mall.
These properties are privately managed with strict policies, be aware that any reservation must be done and followed up by a person 21+ of age.
The guest is subject to extra charges if there are any modifications on the amount of people listed on the reservation.
The guest should reconfirm 45 minutes before arriving to the building for the check in. Guest can be subject to extra charges for early check in/late check out.
The guest must complete the registration, payment authorization form at the time of check in. You must also present a copy of the ID of the reservation holder and his companions, a copy of the payment method that he / she chooses. It is mandatory for mutual protection. I acknowledge that I have rented a Condo Unit and that the owner or the realtor is who I need to ask for anything i need. Employees or other owners of the association are not responsible for my rental agreement of the unit.
I understand that the building is a Condominium and as such it is to be enjoyed as a home with neighbors who expect a level of quietness before the hours of 8:00 AM and after 10:00 PM. I have enough fobs for my entire party and if for some reason I don't have it with me or at all I will sign in with the valet and show them my identification.
I will throw all the trash in the bags down the laundry chute and no place else. Any trash that does not fit down the chute, I will bring it down and place inside the dumpster outside the lower garage. Under no circumstances will I put my garbage anywhere else.
I will follow house rules and prevent any type of smoke/fire in the apartment. I acknowledge that causing the fire alarm to go off will bring the fire rescue and result in a charge of $1,010.00. I will never leave any items in the hallway to include (but not limited to) shoes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and groceries. I will not play music (except with headphones plugged in) in any of the common areas to include the pool backyard.

    Truly the easiest stay we’ve had in a long time!! Check in and out was easy, the house was immaculate and they kept in contact the entire time to update us on weather conditions. They also left us s’mores supplies. We will most definitely be back!

    When trying to call the host you get a voicemail and the message box is always full so you cannot leave a message. The host increased the fee by $1100 the week before our arrival. I felt compelled to pay in order to have a place to stay. Not a very customer friendly approach. When they finally contacted us we arranged on the first day to come fix the TV’s and they never showed up. On the 2 nd day an 11 am appointment was made and they showed up at 1:30 pm and did not have the right equipment to fix the TV’s. On the 3rd attempt they again arrived 2 1/2 hours late but managed to fix the TV The toilets did not flush properly but that was fixed on the 2nd visit. After departure the host claimed we had 4/5 people staying with us. That is a lie and I assumed someone with building management they are paying to spy on the customers. Probably some sort of kickback going on there motivating these type of false claims. Our son and grandson stayed for 3 nights and the host was advised of this and it was accepted and agreed it would be without charge. Now the host is trying to claim the showers were damaged. Any damage was the result of the building air conditioner condenser that broke and caused water to leak from the ceiling. The building management was well aware of this problem and when it happened they promptly fixed it, not Miami Pro. There are continuous renovations going on in this building with lots of noise all day, including elevators, air conditioning, etc. Which was never mentioned in the listing. When we mentioned to the building management that we had Miami Pro reservations the manager laughed and said he already knew this company was horrible. Why VRBO would continue to allow Miami pro reservations to list anything on your website is beyond my comprehension. They are just bringing you a bad reputation and hurting your brand.

    We checked into this condo on 12/22 and immediately saw how tired it looked, not like the photos. Axel checked us in. When he left we wanted to take a shower and meet our friends. No shampoo, conditioner or soap even though it was stated they would be provided. I sat on the couch and immediately noticed the dirt underneath. On 12/24, I was cooking for Xmas Eve dinner. The oven was terrible. It took 3 hours to cook our potatoes vs. one hour. The door would not shut entirely and heat was escaping. This was disastrous because we had our Xmas Eve meal at our friends 2 hours late. The final straw was when we came back to the condo and it was 58 degrees and we could not get the heater to work as it was releasing cold air. We froze all night. The next morning I called Axel because he told us to call him if we needed ANYTHING. I texted him and told him about the issue. He answered he would call the owner and get back to me. He did and said we had to turn the heater off and back on again. I explained we had already done that and it didn't work. We tried again when we returned home and same problem. I texted Axel 8 times and called him 3 times. No response. We froze the second night. I texted Axel again on Monday. He answered he will get back to me. He didn't. I went on line and contacted Miami reservations for help. I was chastised via text that I should not have called Axel and should have called them. I explained that Axel, told us to call HIM if there were ANY issues. The person blamed us and said there were heaters in the closets. Axel did not tell us about the heaters and we did not see them. One was hidden behind a baby mattress. I explained again we were cold. We located the heaters and we turned them on. They were old and very noisy. After 2 hours they still didn't provide any heat. They finally sent another one. The 3 turned on together blew the fuse. We fixed that. The fuse board in itself is a fire hazard. They blamed me for waiting 4 days to contact them. This was not true bc everything started happening 2 days after we arrived and we immediately called Axel. I asked them to come see the heater and oven fix both. They wouldn't and said no-one ever complained about the oven before. I saved all the texts and have photos of the dirt and fuse box and thermostat and the hidden heater and am happy to share those as proof how we were treated. Never again. People be aware. Be aware of the management and service fees. We got no service! Never again.

    Pros: Great place to stay, location, security, friendly staff, amazing property manager. Direct access to the beach.This apartment has everything. Cons: there is an extra fee in the fine print of the listing that adds up to almost a third of what you are going to pay. I'm very upset about that since is not calculated in the price by default of this app. The pool at this moment (04-2022) is not available since they are fixing it, but you can use the hotel next door pool. The hallway was under construction, so if you stay at the apartment during the day for work on your computer you will have a lot of noise outside.

    The property was great, comfortable, property owner communicated very well. First day 1 room's Ac wasn't working which was fixed the next day. Be sure to check the fees and all the details About the Property. Fantastic view and location, definitely worth it

    Excellent location, nice building, courteous attendants, spacious and comfortable apartment with nice view of bay/Collins. Microwave did not work and was reported, but never heard back from management. Shower towels and bed sheets kind of worn out.
