Stayed Apr 21, 2024The condo, building and beach could not have been better. Check in was fast and friendly. Our 40 night stay was amazing. All of our correspondence with our host were answered instantly. The beach views were amazing. My wife and I have traveled the world for the perfect beach and I think we have found it. This condo was paradise.

Stayed Feb 1, 2019My wife, Elaine, and I were very impressed with the overall stay at Sunset House, our favorite condo in Marco which we have been coming to for years. The studio we stayed in was larger than we thought and had that beautiful view of the white sand and gulf. It was very well maintained and had all the items we needed. The only problem was the television set. The picture frequently became distorted, especially on the lower channels. It did not ruin our time there, however, which as I said, was overall very pleasant. The owner obviously loves the place. Deborah Bergin was very helpful in processing our application and providing the necessary information, i.e. keys, parking, etc. She was diligent in seeing to it we felt at home. --George James

Stayed Dec 31, 2018The property has a very good location. We like walk and it is possible to go to the groceries, the park and the beach easily. The condo is very clean and it was a pleasure to stay there. Deborah his a good host, when we had a problem with internet she helped us rapidly.
