Ocean facing, Ocean front apartment -stunning panoramic views,excellent location

Our host met us when we arrived. She showed us how everything worked. She left us goodies, bread, butter and wine. She so thoughtful and her home is beautiful with everything you need.

Wonderful apartment! That view is just unbeatable! The apartment is in a wonderful location near plenty of places to swim, shops and restaurants, there is just simply lots to do. I recommend this beautiful place to anyone who wants to go to Madeira!

Rosemarie was an excellent host. We are very grateful to her for being so accommodating to us when we were delayed and not able to get to the apartment until nearly 2am! The apartment is very well furnished with everything that you could possibly require including a shopping trolley to use for shopping and plentiful supply of towels.

Wonderful relaxing place to stay with views from the balcony that you could sit and watch all day ,the only disappointment was the pool which desperately needs repairing which we were informed about just before we were due to go on holiday ,Rose Marie did informed us that they have been let down with the repairs but maybe they should mention it when people book so they are aware of the situation ,Other than that a wonderful relaxing break and Rose Marie was a lovely host who sorted out taxis and was only a phone call away if we needed her

We stayed for a week with Rose Marie in her lovely apartment overlooking the sea with fabulous views. Rose Marie was an excellent host. The location is just off the Main Street which was perfect for us and a short walkable distance into Funchal city centre and the harbour. Overall a great place to stay and an enjoyable holiday with lots to do.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and Rosemarie was an outstanding, thoughtful host. The view of the sea from the balcony is wonderful and all the amenities are exactly as described. We will without doubt return. Thank you.

From the outset rose Marie’s communication was brilliant. The airport transfers she arranged made the whole flow of our holiday from leaving the airport to walking back into it 2 weeks later a breeze with no stress. Rose Marie met us at the apartment and made us feel so welcome. She made great efforts to show us around her apartment and explain everything from bedding changes to the recycling which we found most helpful and so much better than just collecting your keys from some combination box like other holiday experiences. The amount of information she gave us in the apartment made our holiday a really amazing experience and we did so much in 2 weeks. Rose Marie informed us when the bed changes, towels etc would be and where to shop, public transport and other information we may need and did use. Rose Marie’s apartment is an absolute home from home in comfort, amenities, and the setting. This apartment is ideal for a couples, family of 4, a couple of friends or even a solo traveler. The complex is very family oriented with many residents living there. The view is amazing from the balcony’s over the ocean morning, noon and night. Rose Marie is at the end of the phone if needed although we did not need her. Rose Marie is a most welcoming, hospitable, friendly, helpful, warm and pleasant person it was worth the holiday to meet such a genuine lady. Very nice and clean. A little old school furniture and bathrooms, but overall cozy.

Lovely apartment in a great area. The uninterrupted sea views are amazing. We loved sitting out on the balcony - it was so relaxing. The host is very attentive and thoughtful. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the welcome pack was a lovely surprise. The host also recommended a taxi driver who picked us up from the airport and took us on a fantastic day tour to the west of the island

Our experience at this charming apartment was excellent. Very clean, located right on the ocean, in a nice area with restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. The apartment, which felt more like a home is extremely well furnished with a well stocked kitchen. Even though we arrived late at night, the owner, Rose Marie was there to give us a warm welcome and get us settled. She was very responsive and attentive and her kindness made our stay wonderful.

Can’t fault the location and overall accommodation given it has everything you could want for an enjoyable comfortable stay. Our host Rose Marie was lovely and helped sort our transfers as well as providing some treats for breakfast one. We would highly recommend
