The unit is nice with an incredible view. It does have some rough edges. The building is under renovation. There is loud thumping noises starting at 9 am - 4 pm. Bring ear plugs and a sound machine. Your can hear the elevator from the master bedroom. It squeaks when it opens. There was no kitchen towels, no hot pad holder, no paper towels, and it had ants. We bought some ant killer. We requested toilet paper and they brought one roll for 2 bathrooms?? Once they fine tune some things and the construction is done, this is a great VRBO. Maybe in 2024.

The unit was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Right on the beach, chair service, valet parking. Perfect for an escape from real life! The kitchen was a bit sparse and there were fewer paper goods to start us off then expected but we made do just fine. Check in was very informal and don’t feel like we were very thoroughly oriented but it all worked out. Would stay again!

My family reserved here to attend a wedding. The condo looked perfect with a nice view and easy access to beach and wedding location. Although clean, It didn’t take long for us to realize that we rented a lemon. The refrigerator was broken, making horrendous noise. We notified the owner immediately. We then discovered the dishwasher didn’t work either. The shower drain was blocked and we found no soaps, dish rags, trash bags and not enough towels for 4 people. Promises to fix the refrigerator were made at 11:00pm that evening for 9am the next morning. We had purchased food which we couldn’t keep cold and lost. I waited all day at the unit for help until 11:30 and angrily texted Camilo (property manager). He said repairs would be made by 2pm. I waited until 4:30, when he called and said he would move us at 7:30pm....we had an infant with us. Too late! I convinced him to come at 6. He agreed and we moved. A full day and food gone! I texted him the next day and asked for a credit back. He exploded and accused us fraudulently registering only 1 renter. (He was proven wrong via snap shot of registration). I will continue to pursue restitution for some of the money. To his credit, he did move us to a very acceptable unit so the weekend wasn’t a total loss. There were several contentious and unprofessional exchanges with Camilo that I won’t share here. Stay away from this place. If you have a problem, Camilo will ruin your stay. By the way, I fully expect Camilo to counter this review with own version which I guarantee will differ from mine.

Property is smaller than it seems - 2nd bedroom has no windows. no basic items are provided (tea towels, not enough glasses, no basic cooking condiments). Location is ok not much around & pretty old and shabby.

Good stay. Not happy with separate billing by owner. Bed sheet had hole in it and was yellowed. A/C was knocking. No dish towel.

I would suggest never renting from Miami Dream Vacations. I have never had such a miserable experience with a management company in my life. If you do decide to rent from them make sure you get the cancelation protection. They will refuse to give you your money back even if there is a hurricane. This place is a nightmare and a scam.

This condo is incredible! Modern, sleek, spotlessly clean, and amazing views. The only issue we had was communication with the property managers. The owner was very prompt to reply to inquiries. But they took the listing down on vrbo so that they could update the pictures right before we arrived, so we couldn’t access any of the information about what was included. And then the check in and check out processes were unnecessarily complicated. There is valet parking but you can’t use it until you register at the front desk. No one told us, so we arrived a few minutes early in the rain with a toddler and we couldn’t park. Then we had to wait and meet someone in person. Same for checkout. Why can’t they leave the keys in the apartment, give guests the door code, and give them instructions before they arrive? We’ve rented from this site multiple times and never had to meet someone in person to check in or out.

The online photographs are absolutely accurate: the apartment is pristine and airy, the beds and seating are very comfortable, the ocean view is spectacular and the beach and pool are beautiful and well kept. We and our two college-aged kids thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day stay.
