Ocean and Woods! Best of both seaside delights in Gloucester!

It was absolutely the most charming and inviting place we have stayed. The warm tones with decor bringing the coastal view’s inside making it so relaxing. Alicia & Lee made sure we had everything we needed including fresh bagels, muffins and fruit for breakfast with an assortment of beverages. The views and location are breath taking. It was absolutely one of the most relaxing vacations and we would love to make future visits.

Amazing apartment! Hosts are wonderful and accommodating. The rooms are big and very comfortable. They offered great suggestions for tours and restaurants. Alicia took us to the Haunted Happening Parade the night we arrived. This is a lovely place and I will be recommending it to everyone coming to Massachusetts. I will be back

My wife and I had the most amazing stay! We were vacationing on our private wedding and honeymoon and Alicia and Leland were the best hosts!Alicia contacted me a few days before we left to ask about what we normally liked for breakfast, what coffee we liked, etc. She was so incredibly accommodating as both my wife and I have dietary restrictions.Throughout our stay Alicia gave us recommendations for restaurants, places to go for sightseeing, and parking options for when we went into Salem. She was so attentive while also respecting our vacation plans.The house itself and the second floor is gorgeous and was everything we wanted it to be and more. And just a three minute walk from the house is the cove which was a huge highlight of our trip because the cove is BEAUTIFUL.I highly, HIGHLY recommend staying with Alicia and Leland. I have never booked a stay like this before where the hosts openly and genuinely cared about the guests. My wife and I will definitely be planning another vacation to Gloucester to stay with Alicia and Leland again.

Leland and Alicia were consummately thoughtful hosts. My medical issues and allergies were addressed fully. They provided breakfast everyday and gave us splendid restaurant referrals for lunches and dinners. We had a magnificent time.

Beautiful property, very spacious accommodations. Friendly and generous hosts. Well equipped kitchen, bath and living spaces. Near town, parks and beaches. Easy parking.

Me and husband and my niece stayed here and I can not brag enough about the amazing hosts. Leland and Alicia were beyond helpful in every way imaginable. We will definitely be coming back hopefully next year and I will stay here again! The food in this beautiful place is amazing. Again Ty so much for the incredible hospitality you guys are wonderful people.

This vrbo experience at Gloucester has been our favorite as we have traveled throughout our country. Very clean and appreciated all the extras that were provided. Appreciated the tips from our hosts on what,where to do in Gloucester,Salem and surrounding area.

The apartment is beautiful and the hosts were very friendly and helpful to find the best local places to eat no matter where you went. Lot's of sightseeing brochures were available.

This is a wonderful property. It is much larger than it appears in the listing. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Alicia was a fountain of information about the area and even gave us a super, secret place to park in Salem. I’ve never had a host supply us with breakfast before, much less text to see what we would like to eat. It was a fabulous trip and this rental had a lot to do with it. Highly recommended!

House was clean owners were very accommodating and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located to all the places that we like to visit. We will be back!

What a quiet, spacious, clean, and ideally located apartment! Enjoying the water is just two minutes away. We have never found a rental in Rockport/ Gloucester that we would stay in again—until now! Hospitality flows from the property owners, who live on sight. They are unobtrusive unless needed and then are readily available for any question. Check-in and check-out was seamless. The kitchen had everything we needed (oils, spices, etc.) to prepare meals. Breakfast supplies, coffee, and an ample supply of snacks were also provided. Everything we needed, including a friendly, accommodating host. Without hesitation, we would stay here again!!

Alicia and Leland made us feel welcome from first registration through to departure. Apartment is spacious and well-stocked. We were in town for a family reunion (elsewhere) and enjoyed having a peaceful comfortable place to relax.
