Make the most of your getaway in Pornichet by staying at Océane, a pretty one-bedroom apartment ideally located on the seafront, close to the shops and 400m from the station.

Fully furnished and equipped, everything is provided for your comfort: linen provided, beds made on arrival, wifi, parking space in the basement.

Accommodation
Located on the 6th floor of a building with lift, the 34m² flat can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a couple and 2 children for example.

After passing the entrance (with storage space available), the bright and functional living room consists of a TV lounge area (sofa bed for 2 people), a dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine... A washing machine completes the equipment.
The bedroom with its two single beds is perfect for children or teenagers.
The bathroom has a shower, a heated tower rail, a washbasin and a toilet.

Accessible from the living room and the bedroom, the south-east facing balcony will allow you to have breakfasts, coffees or other aperitifs.

Neighbourhood
The residence is on the seafront, ideally situated in a very pleasant area, close to all the shops (bakery, butcher's, mini-market, ice-cream parlour, pharmacy), boutiques, restaurants, wine cellars, bars, market 200m away (Wednesdays in summer and Saturdays)...
At the foot of the residence, you will find a fitness room and a Thalasso centre.
The tourist office is 300m away to organise your activities if necessary: beach, hiking, fishing, water sports (surfing, kite-surfing, jet-skiing, sailing), horse riding, cycling...

Transport
A numbered parking space (1 vehicle of any type) is located in the private basement car park of the residence.
Tourist train and cycle track at the foot of the residence. Railway station at 400m.
