Stayed Apr 14, 2023The property owner never responded to my texts or calls when I tried to find the address of the property to check in on the date of arrival. I had to contact VRBO to ask for the property address and the property.owner’s phone number. I called and sent texts numerous times to the property owner but he never responded. I had to check in at the Marriot hotel for the night. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with booking a hotel, VRBO, etc. I was with a friend/client who invited me to the Taylor Swift concert in Tampa. I flew from Miami to Orlando, where my friend picked me up and the airport and we drove 1 1/2 to attend the concert in Tampa. We spent hours trying to find the property owner and their address. We almost arrived late to the concert. I intend to request reimbursement as soon as I return to Miami tonight.
