Stayed May 26, 2025The area is easily accessible to shopping & dining. The area is safe. Cleanliness needs improvement. There was no paper towel, coffee bullets. The trash can is extremely small. Not enough toiletries.

Stayed May 23, 2024We found the apt very nice. The street in which it is located was perfect for rail travel and a short, pleasant walk to the city center. The street, even though close to rail station, was well lit and felt very safe. I would highly recommend this VRBO. It met our expectations.

Stayed Mar 27, 2024Easy to access everything we needed within walking distance. Train station is less than a 5 minute walk - only issue was that the air conditioning wasn't working and when we kept the windows open at night it was very loud. Overall perfect stay in Florence

Stayed Mar 6, 2023Overall good stay. Safe and cozy. Just didn’t know the bed was a pull out couch based on listing, and multiple showers had to be taken in freezing water, but got fixed the same day(s) after contacting the site manager.

Stayed Oct 13, 2022I spent 4 wonderful days in Florence. The apartment was a short walk from the train station and very close to the main attractions. It had everything I needed. The AC was a very welcomed bonus, considering an unusual warm weather in October. Had a bit of in issue with the shower door, that was immediately addressed the same day. Will definitely recommend this property.

Stayed Jul 27, 2022Near the train station, air conditioned, very comfortable bed (even though it's a sofa bed), well-equipped, very nice bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.
