The rental was clean and comfortable. Tammy was incredibly kind and thoughtful.

Super responsive owner, excellent communication very quiet and safe neighborhood with parkingnot too far from downtown to Uber. Perfect for a couple as it was a very small apartment.

Close to interstate, Grand Ole Opry Hotel and Resort, mall, food, etc. Apartment was so pretty, well decorated, clean, looked like new. Host was friendly and easy to get in touch with/available. Parking spot in front of apartment and enter and leave with code and Quikset. So easy! At checkout, the ONLY chore was to make sure dishes were clean, which made leaving so easy and quick. Highly recommend!

Great location, host was wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Tammy was quick to respond to inquiries and readily available if needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, and conveniently located very close to the Opryland Convention Center. The apartment was very clean and held all kitchen tools (plates, glasses, silverware, pots, etc) that we needed during our stay. We would definitely recommend this location (either the apartment or studio), and would absolutely stay here again if in the Nashivlle area. Tammy is a gem!

Tammy is an awesome person and host. Her small touches an attention to detail is unsurpassed. We didn't want for anything, it was so nice to come back to a quiet safe place to stay with a homey feeling. Definitely a place we would recommend to anyone.

Everything was perfect!! Had a great time , great place and great location!

The property was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. We didn’t use the laundry although it was available to us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t cook much but it was nice to know it was available to us if we wanted to do more. The bathroom is a good size and there were lots of towels. There was soap, shampoo and conditioner provided as well as some toilet paper.Tammy is an amazing host. She truly wanted us to be as comfortable as possible right from the beginning, even before we arrived. Communication with her was easy. We loved all the little touches throughout.

This is a perfect place to stay for a single person or a couple. It's close to everything without being too close to the congested and expensive downtown area. It was quiet and I liked that there is a private outside area to relax if the weather is nice, or enjoy a meal if you want to. The host of this property is very kind, responds quickly if you have questions, and takes extra care to address any special needs you might have if possible. The bed (mattress) is very comfortable and the room has natural light, or the option to keep it in more of a room darkening mode if that is your preference.

Check in was smooth, kitchen well equipped, even a Keurig! Location was a nice quiet area, but not too far to where we traveled. Loved everything on one level and the cleanliness! We would definitely recommend this as your place to stay while in Nashville! Thank you!

This property was just right for my wife and me. Great location for the areas of Nashville we wanted to get to (it is not super far from anywhere really). Tammy was a fine host and had the place ready for us and very clean. We wanted a place with the highest rating - found this property and stayed at it - and will give the same high rating. We will plan to stay again in the future. It isn't huge - but fine for the two of us. Good neighborhood. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is perfect for 2 people, and has everything anyone could possibly need. It is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The laundry room, covered patio and parking are incredibly convenient, and no steps is a huge bonus! It’s in the suburbs, but close to the highway and a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Tammy is an amazing hostess. She clearly cares about her property and her visitors. We loved taking with her and highly recommend this apartment!

Stay was wonderful. Private, comfy bed, all the conveniences. Tammy is wonderful and we had some great talks on the porch overlooking the backyard. I would recommend. This small one bedroom apartment was perfect for our one week stay. We brought a few groceries and did light meals. Kitchen was stocked well enough for any meals we prepared. Location was ideal. Right in the Music Valley area, close to highway. Communication with host was great. Thank you !

This space was perfect for me to attend a conference at Opryland and to get work done while away. The kitchen was great for preparing meals, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The host was responsive with anything that we needed.

This place was so perfect. We really loved everything about it. Great neighborhood, close to everything, quiet and comfortable. Loved parking right by the door and super easy access. We would definitely come back.
