Stayed Dec 6, 2025The place was quaint and provided all the necessities for a one night stay in Duluth. Our one hang up was that we punched in the address given to us and it took is to the front of the building. The instructions to actually go to the back alley was buried in the long message we received a few days prior to our arrival. Needless to say, we forgot that part of the instructions and ended up accidentally going to a neighbor’s property by accident. We messaged the host and he was very prompt in response. He reminded us to go around back, and all was well after that. I would recommend making that part of the instructions more separate from the others. It was an easy mistake to make when we had been busy during the day and arrived at the property in the dark. The place was clean and kept well. Small, but had everything we needed. Would recommend staying here.. just go around back to find the front door ;)
