North MB Cozy 2 BD across from the beach

Property was HORRIBLE. Stayed One night August 28, 2025. checked out Frid Morning 9:00. Requested refund for the remaining Nites.it is NOT COZY. Toilet was about to fall thru the floor. Ceiling titles in Bathroom Hanging down. Wrong Report to TV, Would Not operate TV. Floors WERE NASTY. I want my money BACK.

This Location would be great for a couple or a group of friends its not family friendly, only place to sit in the livingroom is on a small couch unless you want to sit at the kitchen table, you have to live out of your suitcases because there is no dressers and only one small closet... Cleanliness i gave 1 star, it could use some work.. Its not just dirty from the previous renter, there was dust and dirt under all the beds, the ceilings fans are covered in dust, behind the couch we found dirt, food and old receipts from May and June. The furnace filter looked like it hadn't been changed in forever.. both toilets leak and the one in the master bath runs continuously, we reported it someone came and tried to fix it but was unsuccessful, the shower curtains have what appears to be mold on the bottoms of both curtains... during our stay the dryer didnt work (heating element was out) so we spent a few days on our vacation sitting at the laundry mat ( i ask the host several times before arriving if we had a washer/dryer, that was one thing i needed when picking our location) It stated in the details that quite time was 10pm the people upstairs didnt get the memo there was constant banging around and yelling all hours of the night. For the next renter it shouldn't be as bad i cleaned and washed everything before leaving i have pics for proof and i spoke to the booking agent so hopefully your say will be a better experience.. its over priced for the condition,

We enjoyed this place very much. Great location. We could walk to many restaurants and events. Beach access right across from the property. We even extended our stay another day. The only downside to it. .was the lack of parking.

I’m over 60 & not known to rest well away from home but with bright lights from hi rise across the street I slept almost none. Add to that a family upstairs and loud toddler tramping + heavy loud footsteps- disaster. Sorry I had to forfeit last 2 nights rented due to elder parent needs. Ps definitely glad I took my own linens

Location was not accurately labeled as this unit was the C unit. Broken streetside front window pane, outer glass in front bedroom. Location was dusty throughout the unit and dirty ring marks in the kitchen area as the items sitting on the sink were stained black and the pinkish looking soap dispenser in the pic was black/purple colored and unusable. Orange to yellow splatter was on the kitchen window surroundings, cereal was on the rear bedroom window ledge and uncleaned, broken blinds in the livingroom and rear bedroom with missing sections, dust and dirt underneath both beds, live centipede worms were attached to the unusable pillows in the rear bedroom. I have pictures if you need them.

The property is in a great location (close to nightlife and beach). The pictures definitely make it seem cleaner/nicer than in reality. It definitely was not a bad place to stay or anything, but the price of the booking is a bit high for the quality of the property.
