The apartment accommodates up to four guests and features a bedroom with a double bed alongside a livingarea with a sofa bed, dining space and television. The layout is compact yet practical, allowing for comfortable shared stays. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, while the bathroom offers a bath or shower with WC. A balcony or terrace extends the living space outdoors.

Guests can relax at the covered and heated swimming pool, available from April to October, depending on weather conditions. Additional facilities include a fitness room, pétanque court, multi-sports field and laundry services. Wi-Fi is available free at reception and within the accommodation (low speed), and free outdoor parking is provided.
