Nordic Nook with stars and mountain/color views, cozy and close to town

The host was very welcoming, the space was cozy and comfortable, and the amenities were great!

My host, Jennifer, she was amazing..!Jennifer was extremely cordial, very helpful and she asked me multiple times during my week stay if I needed anything. I started out the first two days, solo, my reason to be in the area was to prospect for gold. Jennifer texted me near the end of the day to be sure I was alright.The inside was over the top clean and organized. Very roomy, large kitchen, cook ware, utensils, lots of counter space. Cozy bedroom, very clean bathroom with more towels and extras if you need. I want to make an extra emphasis on Jennifer, her husband Bob too, both helped answering questions and offering suggestions to little secret gems where to dine and explore.I’ve reserved many cabins and cottages over the years, you won’t have a better experience, beautiful quiet location, an amazing host..Five stars BTW, Jennifer made a loft of banana bread for me, still warm something a little extra the last morning checking out,

This was 1 of our best stays in the 15 yrs we've been in VRBO!!Beautiful country decor cottage with furnished deck and spacious countryside!We must have been on at least 5 acres of land and can see horses, trees and countrysideHostess/host very responsive

This was a perfect place for our week in Durango. Comfortable bed and everything we needed to cook and relax in the evenings. Bob and Jennifer could not have been more friendly and helpful. They gave us some great tips for our stay and made us feel right at home. 100% recommend ! We will stay here on our next trip to Durango!

The Nordic Nook was a darling space that exceeded my expectations. It was very comfortable, cozy, and clean. Views of the area surrounding the property were also beautiful and calming.There were many touches that made me feel welcome from the plentiful rolled towels to the blankets and throws available on each armchair. Check in was easy! I was particularly worried about this because I arrived much later than anticipated. I had no trouble accessing the property. Jennifer's communication was clear and always helpfulI would recommend this space to anyone and am grateful to Jennifer for being such an excellent host!

Shows a TV on the website. It did not connected to any service.No Internet service. Great place if you want to be off the grid but close to a town. Don't use if you need to be doing some work. Priced high for the services offered.

What a cozy retreat and bucolic setting next to pastures and surrounded by songbirds. Will stay again!

This was the perfect location and home for our needs. We came and went during the day, short drive to town where they have all the restaurants and shops. Jennifer was very communicative and detailed, she was willing to assist us however we needed. Very clean and cozy. Highly recommend!
