The Location - Wake up to these magnificent views overlooking Laguna Bay, the Noosa River System and the North Shore. This wonderful Noosa holiday apartment is superbly appointed and has a large furnished balcony equipped with a barbecue to enjoy the tropical weather all day. You can enjoy a three- minute walk to Hastings Street & Noosa beach or a short stroll to The Junction shops and walk to restaurants and enjoy what Noosa has on offer.

The Unit -This unit features stained wooden features including a beautifully molded kitchen, large painted and carved ceramic urns and modern artwork adorns the walls. The property features a small shaded and heated communal pool and undercover parking. All only a couple of hundred meters from Noosa's main beach and Hastings Street, Noosa Heads. It is located North west facing so you can soak up the sun in winter and pull down the awnings for summer shade. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment, there is no lift.

This spacious unit offers an open plan living area with full kitchen and laundry facilities, air conditioning throughout the area, TV, DVD players, and free internet access. The master bedroom has queen size bed, private ensuite with spa bath and shower. While the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.

    Location was excellent. There was no plug for the spa so we couldn’t use it. Also taps in bathroom need servicing as they were dripping.

    It was an easy walk to the beach and Hastings St and an easy walk to the shops at Noosa Junction

    Very disappointed. The apartment appeared clean when we first arrived, but on day 3 of our 6 day booking, I discovered 3 large live cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen. I had to chase them around the apartment with a nearly empty tin of Raid generic insect spray. In doing so, I discovered many areas under beds, under kitchen units and in cupboards which were very dirty. I complained to the property manager as my partner was part way through some surgical treatment and had open wounds and was at elevated risk of infection.The property manager was initially slow to respond and said this was a common problem. There were no flyscreens on windows and doors and there was no evidence of active pest control measures in place (no Moretin cockroach spray or traps). I subsequently found a fourth live cockroach. The property manager agreed to refund us for the last 2 unused days if we vacated the property, so we booked ourselves into another property (no cockroaches). The refund should have been AUD 765 but we only received AUD 560.88 after 10 working days. The delayed refund significantly limited our holiday activities. The missing AUD 204.12 was withheld by Vrbo. Totally unfair that the full refund was not paid.
