    This home is exactly as described and pictured in the posting. Actually, I would say, it is even better! The pool, the living space, and the sleeping arrangements are wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our seven days at this property. The community that this unit is in is lovely and very welcoming!

    A very last minute booking was quite perfect. Pretty good location but we had a car which we’d recommend Our only observation was that there were no dark blinds in the bedrooms and we were tired so needed sleep but otherwise just great.

    Normally, I don't like writing positive reviews because when we find something this perfect, we want to keep it a secret. However, this property is exactly as advertised and deserves the attention. The pictures you see posted provide an accurate representation of the property, although when you get there it looks better in person. The townhome is an end unit and positioned between two main areas of Noosa, Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace, both within easy walking distance. If you want to be in the action of Hastings Street, this may not be the place for you as it is about 800 meters away and very quiet. Kellie and Penny provided incredible advice regarding restaurants, activities and transportation. Examples include: SUV Select for ground transportation (ask for the Mercedes option!); Visits to the Australia Zoo and the Everglades; Breakfasts at Boardwalk Bistro, which is right on the beach and the best coffee we've had in a long time (we went twice); and of course, Ricky's, which is across the street from our townhome. The Noosa Ferry drops you off at Ricky's so it is very easy to get around. In addition, there is bus service circling Noosa, and Noosaville making it easy to get around town with bus stops very close to the property. The bedrooms upstairs are air conditioned as is the main living area downstairs. There are two bathrooms upstairs and a small half bath downstairs, so very easy for everyone to get ready. Of course, the team at Laguna Noosa Holidays made everything extremely easy and inviting. Penny and Kellie act as your personal concierge. We truly appreciated all of their advice and assistance. You can't go wrong with Laguna Noosa Holiday or this propery! Just don't book it when we want to come back!
