Pre-Arrival: For building security, guests must provide the name and a picture ID of all individuals in the party at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Tropical Climate: This property receives professional pest control treatments monthly. However, due to Miami’s hot, humid, and tropical weather, it is still possible to occasionally encounter native insects despite our strict maintenance.
