Stayed Apr 8, 2025This rental was in a good location for myself. I believe it would be a good location for most people. The unit is in an older residence with 4 total units. the unit was very clean but old. Window units for a/c and bedroom unit was noisy. Has a coffee pot in kitchen but no outlet to plug in to, had to move to dining area. Tub was very slippery and concerning when showering, no hand towels or paper towels in kitchen. Smoke detector not in a good location. It is in a quiet neighborhood with good parking. The screened in porch was nice.
