No. 11 is perfectly placed to visit Porthminster beach only 300m away, a gorgeous sheltered sandy beach, making it ideal for a family day out. St. Ives is known for its quaint alleyways, and winding narrow streets, filled with beautiful independent shops, historic buildings and world-class galleries, including the famous Tate Gallery and The Barbara Hepworth Museum. You can even visit a local chocolate factory, 'I should Coco' and sign up for a workshop, or just fill up on scrumptious chocolate treats to take home.



The apartment has a car parking space to the left of the building and there are picnic benches located on an outside terrace. The apartment is accessed by stairs, and they may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

    We had a fantastic stay at No. 11 Porthminster. The highlight was the stunning view overlooking the town, harbour and sea - absolutely breathtaking. The property was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a week-long stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

    Very spacious & has all the facilities you need for a weeks stay such as washer & dryer with washing tablets, dishwasher, plenty of towels. Plenty of room to cook and sit down and have a family meal. The main bedroom & living room are large and both have a sea view. Location was great for us but it is at the top of a couple of hills and then the top floor of the apartment block so something to be aware of if you are not very physical fitable. We stayed over Christmas and the hosts left out two wrapped presents which were biscuits and a puzzle. This was a really nice touch, thank you.

    The view is absolutely amazing. There’s not really much what not to like, but it would be nice if property would to have some coffee, tea station for guests
