Stayed Aug 5, 2024We loved our stay here and especially enjoyed the two spacious outdoor areas, perfect for enjoying meals and a drink at sunset. While Nils was easy to communicate with and very helpful, we would have appreciated more detailed information about how various things worked (washer/dryer, tv, wifi ) as well as more basic kitchen items (olive oil, salt) and hand soap/more toilet paper . But overall a really beautiful apartment in a very special place!

Stayed Aug 22, 2020Very special position above the stunning town. Really nice apartment- lots of room and all facilities needed. In the height of summer - air con - or more fans would have helped and as a non-German speaker it would’ve been nice to see instructions/recommendations in other languages. Nils very responsive and overall an excellent place. Town stunning and many lovely beaches nearby. Recommended.

Stayed Aug 12, 2017Like in the photo, a comfortable even essential apartment in the beautiful context of the old Castiglione della Pescaia. You can forget your car for the whole stay to reach the beach or simply to enjoy evening and nights in the small town. A small kitchen with all what you need for your breakfast, fast lunch or sophisticated dinner. Bedrooms are in two different levels, and 2 bathrooms with shower and bath. A beautiful terrace in a double level for lunch, dinner or for a cocktail. Amazing for families or for couples or friends. Next year we are coming back again!
