Around 130 meters from the famous sandy beach of Royan / Pontaillac, superb 2-room apartment refurbished (2023), 53 m2, on the 2nd floor of an old historical mansion from 1871.
EXCEPTIONAL with its ceiling at 3.40 m.. It consists of:
- an entrance hall with storage cupboard (vacuum cleaner, shoes, etc.).
- a separate toilet at the end of the entrance,
- a large living room with large sofa and 55 inch (138 cm) screen TV,
- a new open kitchen (fridge, 3 induction hobs, oven,microwave etc.).
- a large bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and wardrobe for clothes,
- a bathroom, with shower, sink, hairdryer ...
- a nice mezzanine, appreciated by big children to play or rest (access by inclined wooden ladder).
A large balcony-terrace of 16 m2 overlooks a lush garden with pool and fountain: 2 deckchairs, 2 armchairs, 2 tables and 6 chairs allow you to enjoy it to the fullest.
The apartment can accommodate two adults, accompanied by young children: cot, highchair, 2 extra mattresses 90x200 are available.
No gas or fireplace in the apartment (electricity only).
Double glazing throughout.
Shutters and curtains on all windows or patio doors will allow you to sleep better at night.
On the ground floor of the mansion, there is a room for strollers, parasols, beach equipment.
The famous beach of Pontaillac is one of the most popular and chic places in Royan and Vaux sur Mer. In fact, the apartment is on the exact border between the municipalities of Royan and Vaux sur Mer.
Surf club (lessons available). Mickey Mouse Club very appreciated by children. Swimming lessons.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment (one or two-minute walk): many cafes, 8 restaurants, 3 ice cream shops, book and press shop, bike rentals, pharmacy, casino, laundry etc...
A large supermarket is 3 minutes away by car.
We live in Royan all year round, only 1km from the apartment (quick to come if needed).
