Apartment with sea views and a perfect location to enjoy the beach, the village, shops and the best restaurants without having to take the car, with the convenience of walking anywhere (maximum ten minutes).
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms with ceiling fans, a bathroom and a toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living / dining room with air conditioning and capacity for 6 people, terrace with sea views, two swimming pools (adults and children) and parking space.
The house is ideally situated for the beach, the port and the town of Denia with its shops, leisure areas, parks and all kinds of restaurants, there are many restaurants within walking distance of the apartment.
You have everything close, 3 minutes walk to the beach, the harbor, restaurants, the castle of Denia and 5 minutes from the center of the village if you cross the castle tunnel.
There is an Open Express 24hr across the street at 1 minute and is very convenient for small purchases.
Large supermarkets (Mercadona, Eroski, Mas and Mas, DIA, Lidl) are located 3 and 10 minutes walk away.
The only important thing that I do not know if you have read in the conditions is that we ask that you bring your own sheets and towels, especially for hygiene, that everyone uses their own. We do not have a dryer and in summer there is little time between tenants leaving and others entering.

There are also several places to drink and dance (disco) super cool the zensa, the county, the girl from yesterday of coctails and lamarserena that is where the whole night atmosphere is at 5/10 minutes walking!

Denia is well known for its good gastronomy and you will not have any problem finding good restaurants. For me one of the best paella and heavy / seafood restaurants is 1 minute walk from the house, with an excellent price.

The train station is within walking distance of the apartment, but with luggage you may prefer a quick 3-minute taxi ride. Once in the apartment, you really do not need a car, there are plenty of bars / restaurants within a 5 minute walk, shops and supermarkets within 3 minutes and the town center is only a 10 minute walk away.

Denia was recognized by UNESCO as the gastronomic capital and recognized as one of the best climates in the world by the WHO (World Health Organization). It is a city whose climate and temperature is pleasant throughout the year. Near Valencia (79 km) of Alicante (about 90 km) and 2 hours by boat from Ibiza. This beautiful Mediterranean town is dominated by an imposing Moorish castle whose walls surrounding the old town and you can see just 3 minutes walk from the apartment.
Enthusiasts will enjoy peace and relaxation, 20 km of sandy beaches and coves from north to south, clear waters and sun. At the foot of the Montgó, the stunning mountains surrounding the city, Denia has remained authentic and charming. Its beautiful colorful houses and orange trees lining the harbor, its friendly neighborhoods (Los Roques ..), mild climate, the hospitality of its people, small churches and museums (archeology, toy museum ...) makes a city to live and where to spend pleasant moments.

Points of interest: Water, safari and theme parks can be found around Benidorm which is a 30 minute drive along the coast. The new Marriott Golf & Spa Resort, which adjoins the golf course La Sella, has a choice of 5 restaurants and a Alanya Spa available to non-residents.

For a special night, Benidorm Palace has a spectacular show with dinner, wine and dancing as is reputed to have the largest stage in the world. For more intimate dining experience flamenco style / Spanish dance, live Spain is 25 minutes north of Oliva.

Traveling by plane and train: Many airlines, including budget airlines such as Easyjet, Ryan Air and Monarch fly from Stansted, Luton and Gatwick airports of Valencia and Alicante. Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, halfway between Valencia and Alicante airports (both approx 90 km / 1 hour drive). A single motorway (A7) links both airports to Denia, and we usually / map directions to ensure that you will easily find us. Having a rental car is not strictly necessary, but of course is useful. Alternatively, a taxi from the airport is about 100 euros each way. However, if you want to avoid the cost of a car and / or rental taxi, you can take the train from the airport to Denia.
